Pretty meh.

Game is not finished, the grind is dumb. Only has KPH.. AI are dumb for both traffic and racing, Physics doesn't make sense at times. World just feels a bit empty even with AI traffic.

I cannot at all recommend the game in it's current state. Performance is better but the AI is totally screwed. Still have god like aim, still see you through bushes, hit reg is way worse than release, night vision is pointless, AI can see in the dark like it's day time.
Also a kind of game breaking bug where if game freezes and you close through Task manager. The game won't load or if it does, it crashes on the splash screen and soft locks your PC.
Oh and if you go into a coma or die, every piece of equipment. Even gun attachments loose 10% durability. totally nonsensical. More asinine decisions.

Terrible game lighting, shadows block any light pollution that should be there and overall far too dark. Washed out colours. Clunky mess for controls.

Installed again today after couple years of not playing and there is no base content. All DLC.
Went to play single player and there are no cars to choose and no tracks to choose.
Scammers.

Fun for like 5 minutes then realise that you should just go and play real prop hunt. Runs like ass. Prop randomiser is ass. Screams asset flip. Can't place props right up against walls. Can't walk up a curb without jumping. Get stuck on literally everything. Oh and full of micro transactions.
To summarise. Just play real prop hunt.

If you want a challenge to get on the leader boards don't bother. The amount of cheats is ridiculous.

The 1.0 launch of the game broke and removed several things from the game.
Some graphics setting are broken and cannot enable them or disable them. Mirrors do not work anymore, reflections don't exist, bounce light cannot be enabled, Nvidia setting cannot be disabled (even though I don't use Nvidia)
R.O.E (Rules of engagement) buggy, will often get unauthorised use of force even when having a gun aimed at you, shot at, or non-compliant.
Can no longer choose what type of mission you can do even after game completion so have fun doing the same missions over and over and over and over and over. Tear gas is effective but only lasts a few seconds. Cannot shoot out lights. Minor thing but come on it's 2023...And also cannot even vault over a small wall.
Until these things are fixed or addressed will not recommend this game.

My hours don't change on the BeamNG as I play mostly on BeamMP launcher to which I have 1840 hours and 391 hours in Single player through MP launcher https://imgur.com/a/EyD4k4w. This is turning into one of the only driving games you will need. Every update improves the game, be it a car being re-done to keep up to standards with the graphics and the physics being tweaked & improved as well. Just need the tyre model to be worked on and to get tyre temps a wear now and it will have the base for the best race sim ever.
Great all round game/simulator. Physics are top notch, graphics can vary with settings for performance, pretty intensive at times. The possibilities are literally endless with what you can do in this. Great for just smashing cars up, making and tuning cars with endless combinations of setups, creating different scenarios. All manner of different terrains to go rallying, rock crawling, hill climbing. You think of something you can do with a car, you more than likely can make it happen in this. 100% worth every penny!
