This game is exceptionally good for an early access game. They said the game is about 1/3 done, but there's already easily content for 30+ hours and that doesn't include the building mode.
For me its a blend between Minecraft and Rust (without the PvP). There's always stuff to do. Getting loot, farming resources and gathering materials.
The world is beautifully crafted and with it's Voxel based mechanism you are able to completely change the appearance.
Coop is seamless and works fine with some minor hick-ups with the quests. I'm looking forward to its full release.
One thing I miss is an unlimited resource mod/cheat-code to fully utilize the building mode without the sometimes tedious material gathering.

This game borrows some great aspects from different titles and genres and mixes them in a really polished way.
It has solid shooting mechanics and the many loot-items enable you to cater your build to your liking. Sure there are better and worse options but all the weapons or classes feel fun. The higher difficulty can make the game a bit grindy to level up and collect the right gear-set, but it really feels rewarding.
The Story plays a bit in the background (for me), but the randomized dungeons and different bosses make the necessary re-runs of the game refreshing and exploring rewarding. To get all items many re-rolls of the story are to be expected.
It allows for up to three player coop and works seamlessly. All the content is doable solo or with others.
Easily a game you can spend 100s of hours in.

Not since the original Gothic Series have I felt this investement in a RPG.
I liked the gritty environment the game presents you and lets you feel it.
You are a peasant and not some shining knight.

The story is interesting and engaging and decisions seem impactful.
Quests in Kingdome Come are not just fetch and or kill missions.
They are all different, some straight forward, some are more evolving and quite long.
I did not finish the main quest at 127hours in, but have seen all the map and many sidemissions.

The mechanics are challenging and makes enemies feel really dangerous.
Multiple enemies still give me quite some troubles and bigger groups are almost impossible in a normal approach.
Some stuff has potential to be cheesed and I've never felt somehow cheated by the difficulty.
There is a learning curve to almost all aspects of the game. It doesn't really take the hand-hold approach.

The graphics are stunning for a small title like this.
Cutscenes are mostly directly ingame, look great and the voice acting is quite good.

I was really surprised by the depth, size and length of this game.
It is for me the game of the year. I wholly recommend it to all RPG Fans, especially older titles.

Edited for new update. It wasn't even that bad^^ but pistols could be worked at
