If you like Half-Life, this is about the closest thing I've played in VR (Alyx aside). It's surprisingly well-done for a small indie dev -- there are a lot of smart design decisions, and not nearly as many rough edges as I've come to expect from titles like this.

The guns feel very nice to handle, and the teleport mechanic feels pretty great as well. Easy recommend if you enjoyed Half-Life... just don't go in expecting the Valve level of polish, and you'll have a blast.

Dark Souls meets Breath of the Wild, and adds up to be better than both.

Even more satisfying and soothing than it looks. Hard to put down. Several optional helpers to assist you in finding that last bit of dirt, and plenty of upgrades to buy for your power washer.

Not as complex as The Witness, not as witty as Portal, but a very solid experience. I have trouble finishing games and managed to get through this one. Pretty neat!

Hard to go wrong with free, but even so this is an impressive 30 minutes of action. Really well made!

Take a deep dive into a deadly mine filled with monstrous bugs. Find all the valuable ore you can carry and call down resupplies when you go too deep. Make it out alive, and reap the rewards. Tune the difficulty as high or low as you want. Upgrade your character with skills, perks, weapon upgrades, and cosmetic items. It's Left 4 Dead, but in space, against insects, and starring greedy, ill-mannered, drunkard dwarves. Absolutely recommend this one if you have some friends to go spelunking with.

I always liked Harvest Moon but never got super into it. I grabbed this game after it got mad props from Dan Ryckert at Giant Bomb, worried that I'd never play it.

24 hours in four days later... yeah, this game is crack if you liked Harvest Moon AT ALL. Watch a trailer -- if it looks like something you might enjoy, you will probably love it. And I just found out it has mod support! Multiplayer is rumored to be in the works but right now it's single player only unless you want to experiment with mods.

Really enjoying fishing and farming in this game. Tons of things to do and always makes me want to play just... one... more... day...

It's tricky to learn, but if you play with friends and don't mind a bit of a learning curve, this is one of the most exhilarating multiplayer experiences you can have. If you haven't played this kind of game before, there's never been a better time to start!

Like being scared? Amnesia is probably one of the best horror games out there.

Pure, distilled platforming. Perfectly executed and hard as all hell without ever being unfair. You can't call yourself a platformer fan until you've played it.
