This game is only F2P in the sense that you can play without paying for anything, and in that case you'll have a lot less to do and collect. And that's even worse off of PC, where you can't do most of the activities which are free on PC but require PS+ or etc premium connectivity. On PC though it's still garbage because so much is still behind a paywall with every Season (multiple per Expansion) and Expansion (about one a year to year and a half).


On top of that they just keep using the same boring enemies and mechanics, and design garbage like the Neomuna Vanguard Strike. Whomever okayed players driving around a badly-made broken road in the air with no ability to multi-jump when the vehicle fails to get past an invisible wall because of crappy clipping should be blacklisted from development in general.

Beautiful, fun, and a very interesting and in-depth story. A great linear RPG.

Trash rank system and matchmaking, and very low-quality updates that prioritize new items or ways to milk $ from players over QoL. Epic strikes again.

Lipstick on a pig doesn't make it anything other than a pig, and when it's an old pig with more makeup on than just lipstick all that extra weight will make it slower, which ruins the new pretty.
