Possibly one of the best games based on the Marvel comics. Why? Well, because you can play and move around the city of New York with most of the best superheroes from the publisher. The bad? It is still a Lego line game and the abilities of the characters are quite limited.

Many of the characters share abilities with no differences between them. In other cases, what differentiates a character from others is that it combines two or more of those abilities, making him/her a unique character. And many of those abilities are used to emulate different powers.

For example, Sue Storm, the Invisible Woman, uses invisibility... but enemies really see her and it's only useful for avoid cameras and security checkpoints. This is a power that she shares with Black Widow... that it doesn't make much sense for her to become invisible but she does having abilities to avoid controls and cameras. Another character that uses the same ability is Mystique, only in her case, instead of becoming transparent, she takes on the appearance of a generic enemy of that scenary she is on. But really in all three cases it is the same ability and it works the same.

While Black Widow combines it with acrobatics and Mystique combines it with the use of a gun, Sue Storm combines it with telekinesis, which is an ability she shares with, among others, Jean Grey.

That's basically the way a lot of characters in the game work: they're unique just because they combine the same abilities in different ways. Of course, there are some characters that have unique or almost unique abilities:

Reed Richards, "Mister Fantastic", is the only one who can shapeshift which is only useful during story mode. Sandman is the only one who can go through places with sand.

The worst thing is how badly implemented certain powers like the aforementioned Reed Richards' power to transform into different things are. And it is that in the comics it does not work like that. Reed can change shape but not turn into machines or objects with mechanisms.

Another character that unfortunately has not been well adapted has been The Absorbing Man. It doesn't do anything, it doesn't have its power. And it would have been as easy as giving him an aesthetic change according to the color of the Lego bricks with which he interacted.

The best? The following characters because they have cool or unique skills:
- Green Goblin with his speeder.
- Silver Surfer with his table.
- Ghost Rider with his motorcycle.
- Ice Man because he can create a kind of ice slide in the air with which to move.
- Venom, who can switch between a small version similar to the original or the large one.
- Ant-Man & the Wasp that can become small.
- The Hulk beacuse he can transform into Banner. Red Hulk (General Ross) and Lizard (Curt Connor) can transform too.
- Doctor Octopus... he is really unique with those arms.
- The Super Skrull who effectively combines the powers of The Fantastic Four.
- Stan Lee's character who also combines powers from different characters: he has Wolverine claws and regeneration power, magnetic and telekinetic powers, web shooter, spider-sense, Cyclops ray vision, he can stretch like Mister Fantastic, and he can transform into a Hulk.

A small island where there is only one house. The owner of the house has invited a small group of people from whom he knows something of his past. The story begins with the arrival of the last of these guests, a detective, who will discover the dead host. All in the purest style of Agatha Christie's Ten Little Indians.

Who does the player embody? Nobody, the player is a mere spectator in this mystery story. But he can move freely through the small island as if he were a ghost and move forward and backward the time at his will so that he can observe what happens with the characters at any time. In this way he can not only discover the mystery of who murdered the host but all the intrigues that exist between the different characters.

Oh yes, and the host is Nikola Tesla and some of his guests are Thomas Edison and Sarah Bernhardt.

A very entertaining game made thinking about VR but which can be played equally with keyboard and mouse.

Una pequeña isla donde solo hay una casa. El dueño de la casa ha invitado a un pequeño grupo de personas de las cuales conoce algo de su pasado. La historia empieza con la llegada del último de estos invitados, un detective, que será quien descubra al anfitrión muerto. Todo al más puro estilo Diez Negritos de Agatha Christie.

¿A quien encarna el jugador? A nadie, el jugador es un mero espectador dentro de esta historia de misterio. Pero podrá moverse con total libertad por la pequeña isla como si fuera un fantasma y hacer avanzar y retroceder el tiempo a su voluntad de manera que podrá observar lo que ocurre con los personajes en cualquier momento. De esta manera no solo podrá descubrir el misterio de quien asesinó al anfitrión sino todas las intrigas que hay entre los diferentes personajes.

Ah, sí, y el anfitrión es Nikola Tesla y algunos de sus invitados son Thomas Edison y Sarah Bernhardt.

Un juego muy entretenido hecho pensando en VR pero el cual se puede jugar igualmente con teclado y ratón.

In addition, the NPCs do not have natural behaviors and movements but rather rigid, especially in the case of animals that act in a very robotic way.

I like this game. Is great how you can use The Force, grip enemies, Force lightning, etc. The game is not so great it could be but I think It was the best Jedi/Sith action game option in the time it was released. Before this one we had the Jedi Knight saga but in that time were obsolet. We had too the Knights of the Old Republic games and there are great but were not action games but some kind of RPG.

I had played the PS2 version first but that one had not the Hoth and Tatooine DLCs so finally I played the PC one. It is an entire diferent game and I miss some levels and characters in the PS2 one. I cant understand why we have not one and only game with all the best of the two ones. And I would love to play as Darth Vader and I cant understand neither why we can use a lot of costumes, almost every one in the game but the Darth Vader one. I cant avoid, playing the DLCs, Tatooine and Hoth, and the Death Star levels Think abou how great It would be a game about the original trilogy.

I would love a new game like this one.

Lo mejor del juego y lo que te mantendrá enganchado es la personalidad de los enemigos. La posibilidad de encontrarte con enemigos de lo más variopintos que recordarán el ultimo enfrentamiento que tuvisteis, con las heridad que le ocasionaste o incluso volverán de entre los muertos.

It is not a great game but its a very good one. Its funny, fast to play, and when you are killed you dont wait watching other players till the game finish but you play as a ghost. Characters are a little cartoon and perhaps that doesnt very scary but in the other hand you can play with characters inspired by horror movies actors as Corey Haim or Vincent Price. A like that a lot. The only thing I dont like is that you dont get many exp point playing as investigator because usually there is someone in the team who go first and get all the tapes.

Control is hard if you play with keyboard and mouse. Frustrating.

Buen juego principalmente gracias a la ambientación y el tema, con alguna escena que es una auténtica maravilla. En el lado positivo esta el hecho de que podemos decidir entre varias formas y/o caminos para cumplir los objetivos. La principal pega es que no es mundo abierto y los escenarios son realmente pequeños si tenemos en cuenta que se trata de ciudades. Además los vehículos están solo de adorno, no se pueden usar, no hay tráfico, las calles ni siquiera están pensadas para que haya tráfico. Respecto al personaje, aún cuando se supone que es un ciborg, no puede dar más de dos puñetazos seguidos porque se le acaba la energía. Es ridículo.

En cuando al Directors Cut mete un nivel en medio del juego (un DLC) que originalmente se podía jugar aparte. El problema es que no puedes jugarlo con los avances en habilidades que lleves hasta ese momento. Te las quitan y te las devuelven al finalizar el DLC para continuar el juego... con lo cual resulta un tanto frustrante.

A pesar de todo, como digo al principio, el juego es visualmente atractivo, engancha y resulta divertido de jugar.

Playing for first time just now and I have played only the first level. It look it is about a girl who invoked a shadow spirit to get revenge of the clan who killed her people... a clan of warriors with light swords... you know... shadow ghost... light weapons... ok... she dont look the most inteligent girl of her village...

Its soon to say if it is a good game or a bad game, I have only played first level, so I going to say to say yes... but doesnt look a great game so perhaps I will change my score.

♥♥♥♥, just a ♥♥♥♥. As a game is pretty bad. Its only about walk and pick up objets (keys the most) but the worst is that have some jump scares when there is not a good reason for them. Its not funny, its not scary, its just a ♥♥♥♥.
