An excellent and refreshing multiplayer horror title that you can enjoy with some friends. I quite enjoy the amount replayability of the game and the superb interactions between the developers and the community.

It's just great.

I have been playing for the last two years, though I've got nowhere the hours of your average CK2 player. The game while old is highly immersive and quite exciting.

There is but one major issue, and that's the DLC policy for this game as it is not wallet-friendly or new player-friendly. Paradox should have one giant affordable DLC package (at least of the major expansions). Can't say I recommend playing the game without the DLCs though.

Overall, It's a worthwhile experience if you got the buck and interest in grand strategy games.

It's a fun little game to lose yourself to and has been quite addicting, as well as refreshing for me. There are a few bugs now and then but nothing that hinders the gameplay.

Recommend buying during a sale as the $30 price doesn't feel entirely appropriate at the moment - perhaps when the Developers add more content, I could vouch for the price.

This game is one of the many example of games that do not respect your time. It's long and can be quite boring as hell - this does not mean it's a bad game.

I enjoyed the city-building aspect of the game and I enjoyed the enemies, everything about this game screams potential but at it's current stage its really pretty much "early access" more or less. I'd definetly recommend this game if you have patience, time and would like a good city-building game that's based in Medieval times. Also seed generated worlds are a plus!

I hope to repurchase this game in the future and I am looking forward for Lion Shield to improve on the game and make it more time-worthy for its buck.

It's a good strategy game although much more simplified compared to the last few titles in the series. At its current state, it gives any new player a worthwhile experience.

While fun, beware - Vanilla Hearts of Iron 4 can get stale very fast but thanks to the modding community though, that can easily be solved.

Oh, and you better have a NASA supercomputer after 1943, or else you'll see some chaotic performance. Try to salvage at sales.

I'll simplify this review by saying one thing: this game never came out of early access.

When it first came out, it was a refreshing title in the genre of shooters, it was new, and it was exciting. The game suffers heavily from performance issues, awful visuals and repetitive gameplay that makes you feel like you're wasting your time.

Back when I first reviewed the game, it had issues with lack of updates and certain missing features such as vaulting. It also crashed a whole lot despite my high-end gaming rig, and worse were the mid-game crashes.

I don't recommend this game at its retail price to anyone. You can find a much much more polished and refreshing Battle Royale game at Fortnite than this, and it'll cost you $0.00

It's almost been three years and this game has not gotten out of Early Access.

While promising and shows potential, it just feels lacking. Can't say I recommend this title at retail price.
