This is, quite possibly, the greatest game, of all time.

Easily the best Isaac DLC. The quality of items added is significantly better than even the basegame, & there are a ludicrous amount of QOL and balance changes which make it much more consistently enjoyable than any other version of the game. This is the definitive way to play
