Overall a good game, but there are crash issues that can result in complete loss of save file and the game doesn't make any back ups for them, so you have to do it every time you play the game which gets quite annoying.

There is also an annoying bug regarding ladders as client that makes some heists impossible to play on.

Would avoid the game until they fix all of this and there isn't a risk of just losing all progress you have in the game
