Replayed Half-Life: Blue Shift just now
Wow, that was awesome. Last time I played this before was about 8 years ago, things made more sense as I understand the Half-Life lore better by now. You play as Gordon's buddy and one of Black Mesa's security guards as you try to escape the facility during the Resonance Cascade Incident. This game adds previously unseen areas to Half-Life.
Pros:
-Introduction to Barney Calhoun, who would later become a very important Story character in Half-Life 2
-Very cool new areas to explore, especially the last areas have a tense and gripping atmosphere, I liked it alot
-Connections to Half-Life 1, like you get to see that [massive HL1 Spoiler] Barney witnessed unconscious Gordon getting dragged off to the Trash compactor but couldn't help him during that
-Very thrilling Soundtrack with a different feel to them than HL1 OST, it's the same OST from Opposing Force too though
-Very clever puzzles that require quite some thinking
-Very cool new machinery! That battery charger thingy was cool.

Cons:
-Indeed, as you don't have a HEV Suit, you cannot use Charging Stations and have to rely on finding other armor to refresh your armor
-Armor is a bit less to find and you may be running around with like 4 AP for a while sometimes which makes the game a tad harder than Half-Life 1 (may be a good thing to some other players, point of view may vary)
-Enemy encounters are not so great, like:
°HECU encounters are often many of them rushing in on you at once, leaving you with few HP if you survive when you don't know the game too well yet
°Much more cheeky Headcrab placements, very often just around corners so you would often get hit by them if you don't peek & lure them first

I took about 4.2 hours to replay HL: Blue Shift at time of review (Inactive minutes excluded) which is not all that short in my opinion, but it probably is the shortest official full-length HL game.

After owning this game for 6 years, I now just had my first full-length Ricochet match, and won it too. This game is mad fun!

Most well known Half-Life remake. Gorgeous, absolute eye candy graphics, satisfying controls, well done environments. Has "Action-Adventure" written all over it. If you are looking for a nice modern adventure game, get Black Mesa. Destroy Magnusson's Microwave Caserole in HD!!!

Short Review: I find this game extremely Killer-sided.

Extremely Killer-sided. I just saw how I got killed on the spot (no "sarcrifice thingy" all of a sudden!?!?). Almost every action for survivors take an eternity to complete. That includes: The main objective-the Generators, Healing, Healing others, Reviving, even opening crates. And the Killer can damage Generators to revert your minute-long progress on it by a large bit. Great. The only thing I remember right now that actually does have a fair completion timer is when you rescue a hooked survivor from a hook. For some reason that action doesn't even take a second. This game also has huge loads of various perk things like Items that you can choose 2 of to add to your other "bigger" item (don't know what that was called again sorry) to slightly enhance some properties of it. You can get those from crates you find in matches or the "Bloodweb". The thing with that is, I don't wanna read every single item description to know if I wanna use that when there already is so many items/perks/whatever there.

So, if you really wanna have this game, I recommend you'd buy it on a (large discount) sale.

Early Access Review
Very cool Retro-style FPS with that 80's and 90's vibe I love so much (inspired Soundtrack, VHS, etc..). I highly enjoy the Soundtrack, the composers are VERY talented. Like, you start the game and hear that beautiful dun dun dun dun in the Intro, it just gets you hyped. The game's got alot of weapons by default already, but there's a workshop that you can use to add even more and submit your own stuff!

I have so much fun with CS:CZ especially Deleted Scenes. It's literally Counter Strike campaign story mode. It's fun and funny too.

An awesome game. Very satisfying to play with an interesting story and pretty long main missions. You can have low graphics settings and the game still looks great. Very well optimised! And now to my favourite topic: The Music. Hard and loud Djent Metal. It's as addicting as the game itself is. This type of music is literally the best fitting for this type of game. Also fits the theme and story very well. Like, also the programming of it; which track plays at which part/scene and which part of the track plays and also the looping is perfect. Thank you Brandon, it's the perfect music. I have always wished for a game with just this type of music.

I love Lithium City. I am addicted to Lithium City. I've played it through countless times already to pass time waiting for the sequel, more chapters, more soundtracks, achievements update and more.

I want DUSK 2. Or more chapters update. I would buy it if more chapters come as DLCs. For others DUSK may have average game length but for me DUSK, a metal masterpiece, is way too short.
