A little gem out from nowhere.

My love for FTL made me buy this game I knew nothing about. Never played Slay the Spire or any other deck builder game, yet the game is very easy to learn.
Smooth and clear interface, cool graphics, funny dialogs, great music, lot of different playstyle. >hat more could you ask for.

However, after ~30h, new events and new bosses would be more than welcomed. But the great news is that RRG are working on it.

Coming from DotE, I'm bit disappointed with the gameplay depth. The hard-counter mechanic for weapons and turrets means that the strategies to be used are a little too obvious.
I'm also not a fan of the game being a Roguelite, a Roguelike like it was on DotE was more appropriate imho.

However, DotE had little interest in being played in coop ; whereas for ED, it's its main interest.

-> ED is a good coop game.

Well since one of my favourite game as a child was "Raptor: Call of the Shadows", I couldn't resist to try this new indy vs shooter.
Slynyrd's pixel art is top tier, it's almost a frustration to be focused on dodging instead of admiring the neat backgrounds and ships!
The game is harder than expected, prepare to die a lot. And coming back stronger (literally, you just get better weapons with the accumulated money you get :D). It's even a little bit grindy, but I don't mind, the game is fun to play.
The sensations are good: it's fast and smooth. Good game!

Hades is a classic game. Why it's so good then? Why it's so fun to play it? Why do i already have 74h hours on it? That's a legit question. It can be because of its handsome graphics, its smooth animations, its perfect mechanics, its smart progression system, Or maybe it's because every character is hot.

Outrunning your friends' ghosts while riding walls at 400 km/h dodging lasers, saws and other walls can be very relaxing if you don't mind exploding.

Considering its ridiculous price, yes, this cute speed platformer is totally worth it.
