Have a look inside of the Radio Tower and look closely at the pictures posted on the walls. Maybe one of them is different in some way.

Look at the photo that was taken from 40 degrees. There's a weird eclipse in front of the sun - go to the satellite at the very start of the loop, rotate your ship to face the sun, and then match the satellite's velocity (hold the button to match velocity while facing the sun, but stay locked on with the satellite - you'll still match velocity of the satellite, even if you can't see the marker). From there, wait until you see the eclipse, then I think you can figure out what to do.
