This is my favorite Arkham game. It doesn't even feel like a triple A game because of how less general-audiences it seems than the other games. And that's a good thing. This game dives into character, and takes place in year two of Batman's being. And the way it dives into character can be metaphorical, visual, and very entertaining. There is one sequence in particular where we just walk through a visual land with Batman and Joker going through their background and it is fantastic visually and metaphorically, and all it is is a walk with dialogue over it but it manages to make it so fantastic. At times the game even gets more artistic than you would expect from a triple A game. There is a scene where you fight people through the POV of a News Helicopter Camera, and it's just a small thing but it was such a cool small thing to do as well. Another thing I enjoy about this game is the art style and the graphics. The Joker character model in this game feels more artistically liberated in the sense of how it isn't trying to be ultra realistic, it's trying to be artful. The grotesqueness of his face at times shows much more than I think the main Arkham Trilogy does with their model. I also believe not having Mark Hamill is sad yes, but it's in Batman's earlier years, and the voice actor fills the role well. This game also has an early cutscene of a rundown of the villains that will be encountered, and it is a fantastic cutscene that gets you pumped up for the Rogue's Gallery the game is going to throw at you. Bane is also portrayed greatly in this game, in the other games he is portrayed as a big dumb muscle man. In this game we see the intelligence he has, and how only when he uses the Titan intensely does he really become what the Arkham Trilogy regularly portrays him as. Overall, 10/10. The only issue is a few bugs that aren't that big of a deal given how often the game can save.
