boring. the map is so dumb. you start off at the biggest town and the 3 or 4 other ''towns'' are a bunch of huts and some goat herders living in some mud.
you can't be self sufficient = most things are realistic, but to learn how to make a type of arrow, or a new building, you not only need to level up, but also pay silver to some magical knowledge authority. which is dumb. so you gotta farm beets and sell them to annoying npcs until you can build a smithy etc.
crossbows are broken. they take ages to reload, but then if you load it, ready for a bandit or animal, then switch to your knife or axe, then back to your crossbow, it's become unloaded again and you need to go through the slow process of reloading it again. it doesn't remember if it's loaded or not.
lots of primitive npcs and really bad dialogue. they seem to care alot about realism yet same as what i mentioned about and not being able to learn anything without paying meta ingame silver coins to the knowledge skill tree, the npcs who are ussualy cardboard generic interpretations of skyrim townspeople, they sometimes shout memes and pretend to be dragon ball z characters out of nowhere and it's really cheesy and lame and embarassing, almost as much as the crossbow not remembering if it's loaded or not between weapon/tool swaps.

do not buy this. it is boring, slow and ugly.

controls? weird, and character feels like a wobbly worm, the camera sucks balls, there's no first person...

characters and world? really unattractive. REALLY UNATTRACTIVE. even with every graphic setting on. the store videos don't seem to display the empty low poly cheapness of it all. and there's this emptiness to the world, as if it was brushed up and never quite filled with enough content for such space.

fighting sucks balls. there's magic and stuff, and generic melee, and THE WORST system for guns i ever seen (gotta lock on like its a dang console game)
all the rpg characters and world seem just unappealing. its really ugh uck yuck lol. this aint no skyrim. in fact, there's very very little freedom. it is HIGHLY linear, in a sense, with a very linear start, annoying tedious story and really really annoying characters, and you can't just go where you want, and there's load zones between these ugly static towns and the obscenely huge and empty and ugly wilderness

nah needs first person, mate. we shouldn't have to download ''loki first person mod'' to enjoy this game. and it's no good WITHOUT first person ;p
i made a house when i started the game, made a window. couldn't even look out of it. the default camera is weird and the only option.
so i go on the nexus, get one crappier first person mod, started with M, avoid that, then found ''loki first person mod'' - not only does it swivel your body etc perfectly, you can see your feet, but i can even shoot arrows out of my windows, now.

without loki's first person? man what is this cheese. cool building mode, though.
