Guys, my account was hacked. I managed to recover it, but when I got it back I discovered that it had received a VAC ban.

Today it has been 3138 days since the ban, and unfortunately nothing has changed. Steam support still has not responded to my messages. It’s very disappointing that the situation remains unresolved, and I still don’t know how to remove this restriction.

I want to apologize to anyone who might have been affected if cheats were used during that time. I have never supported cheating and never wanted this to happen.

My account is worth about $5,000, and having a VAC ban on it is a real shame. Sadly, I still cannot recover my items or fully use the account because of this restriction.
