abysmal launch, will update this later, i come from launches like Battlefield 3 &4, Cyberpunk, No Mans Sky, and this game has them all beat. No support for the servers, which would be fine if they didnt have priority passes for people who want to pay for them. And when people get into a game they often crash and are sent to the back of the line to wait in a queue

cozy and a great "turn off your brain" game

first game with a wheel, very fun mix of arcadey and sim

Its a game that feels very action packed, while still remaining cozy. It's difficult while not giving much frustration, it's beautiful even though you're mostly looking at the wall, and it's simple while also being extremely in depth and complex, in the best ways. It's one of those that you stare at the end credits with disbelief, highly recommend.

i was loving this till they pushed an updater adding a battlepass (to a early access game) and ever since, my game crashes after a few moments of being in game....that was weeks ago, thankfully this is free, the only reason im bothering to review is because i really enjoyed it and now theyve totally lost me, a classic EA blunder

edit to add: ive come back almost a year later, theyve added two new maps that you have to RENT! You pay to have limited access to the new content. This is the greed they talk about in the Bible

cool cross between tower defense, colony simulator and rogue-lite with fantastic execution. 11 hours in and i can tell i have many hours left before i feel like ive reached completion.

Great for tactical and run and gun players alike. All elements can be fine tuned, I found the game to be more fun the harder i made it. Enemy difficulty set to high, brightness down, no hud at all except a compass. This playstyle makes tactical decisions necessary and rewarding. Theres a ton of content, i just beat the main story and i still feel theres plenty to do. If you liked Wildlands, you will love Breakpoint.

Fantastic F2P game, id likely had paid for this. Great atmosphere, announcers make every moment feel hype. However my reasoning, and many people i knows reasoning for not playing long after launch was the disappointing battle pass. i paid 10 bucks for very very little. Really great ideas like unlockable reload animations and stuff like that. but the lack of cosmetics, the lack of anything for my 10 bucks is what drove me away.
