Ok so.

I'm fine with early access. I'm fine with the occasional or even frequent bugs.

But the game is unplayable. It took hours just to link accounts to be able to get past the launcher.

Then once there, it takes an hour in the queue to get into the game.

By now your ability to refund it is already gone.

Then you get in and you cant even play because its just rubber banding and glitching everywhere and you die in town for no reason. Then all the quest markers dissappear off your map for no reason. Then you die again.

Then you uninstall and regret your purchase. Have at it.

P.S. I have a top end computer, 5090, etc. Google Fiber internet. Sucks.

Pretty fun so far. Will update with more details when as I get further in.

Love Battlefield. This one is good.

Fun game. Love the concept.

I managed to become Emperor at about 30 hours on my first playthrough....and thats where it got kind of uninteresting.

It disconnects your main family from your clan and sticks them in the palace which is understandable, but theyre like a separate entity now? I cant even choose what my royal family members are learning and eating and etc? I have almost 0 control over them.

The Emperors powers are super lacking too. I wanted to be Emperor because him and his prince/duke whatever taxed the hell out of me. I barely have any ability to do that. I also can't directly promote people or give fiefs or anything? I cant give out titles or salaries or even punish ♥♥♥♥♥♥ clans. Being emperor is the least fun thing in this game and I wish I hadn't of taken it.

And the prior emperor had run the treasury into the ground it was negative by HUNDREDS of millions, and im unable to "donate" to the royal treasury from my own funds like i can to provinces etc. That sucks. I'm just having to sit here and let decades pass by while occasionally doing a tax hike so the world doesn't revolt so hopefully i can get a net positive treasury so I can actually do anything. Can't get anymore troops or anything.

Speaking of that. Troops are stuff. I have private troops from my fief but cant actually use them for anything? They're expensive as all hell but I can't deploy them to take cities or anything. I guess I just use them to fight other clans but that has never came up. Even then they are SO expensive and you get so little of them they are competely worthless.

Recently quality of life improvements are great, the ability to choose an infants stuff at birth is a major win. However this kind of stuff should still exist other places. Someones like "Hey I want to appoint your family members soandso to be a magistrate" and im like, who? I have no idea who that family member currently is or what their current job is and no way to see if its an upgrade or if I should. I just have to gamble.

Beyond that - filters would be great. I should be able to sort family members by like, married, single, might, arts, talent filters, skills, etc. Theres no way to sort or filter family members at all.

Those are my feedback/citicisms. Make the endgame / royal family / emperor system better , add some more QOL and UI enhancements , finish fleshing out the rest of the systems that are missing or partially implemented, and this game will be a 9/10. Add in some stuff for like when you're hiring staff in stores to be able to see if its worth it, the ability to sell or store certain items from your farm yields, and a few other such improvements and this will be a 10/10.

As it stands - still great game. It was worth the price for the enjoyment I got out of it, amazing concept. I'm very excited to see it in a more complete form.

Incredibly complicated, but anyone willing to learn or that has a passion for chinese cultivation will have a great time.

I am enjoying it so far. It definitely has a classic Everquest/MMO feel.

You'll enjoy this game if you like slower progression and figuring things out.
You'll enjoy this game if you like exploration, as there is no map.
Progression is mostly grinding monsters and exploring not very quest based.
Classes are fun and the spells are interesting.

You will not enjoy this game if you're looking for something more modern or need instant gratification or cutting edge graphics, a map, or a logical A-Z sequence of quests to tell you what to do.

The most fun is the social aspect of the game. Group up with some random people and go blitz.

The game is great though the recent modding update is a bit ridiculous. Go into it for the game and just ignore the mod function and you'll be happy.

This game is amazing. Been waiting on a remake a long time

Amazing game and it's only gotten better, give it a shot.
