The game deserves a higher ranking than 5/5 or 10/10

The game is a masterpiece. The DLC is a masterpiece.

Just ended NG+5 LS with no stone unturned to pick up the last achievement. Music, world building, lore, interactiveness. Blocks that are so tight you really need to git gud. And when you finally git gud, you can speedrun the main story in 2-4 hours

This is one of my favourite games of all time in every single aspect. The DLC - Overture, is IMO the best DLC made for any game ever. It's a DLC roughly half the size of the main game, new music, weapons, locations, lore, more choices!

If you want a challenge- Get this game.
If you wanna cry to a boss you struggle to beat your first run- Get this game.
If you want difficult things to become easy bc YOU got better- Get this game.

To the developers- Thank you for making such a beautiful piece of playable art.

Game had a really rough launch and initial patches, so much so that I didn't pick it up until now in 2024

As the game has updated through the years, I would absolutely recommend it, and go through the game your own way, a few small glitches are bound to happen in a game as big as this one is, but in terms of story and game, I see no issue, right now it's just beautiful

Disclaimer: To have an experience as smooth as possible, do NOT have XMP on in your BIOS, especially not if you are in the range of 3200-3600MHZ, as the game at times can crash so hard that it crashes your entire computer, freezing the actions happening on both screens, and needing a forced reset with the power button

That aside, it really has become a beautiful game, lots of actions and story that will give you food for thought
