I spent the last 53 hours replaying the same 22 minutes over and over.

List of things you can do in this game :
-drink with your buddies
-annoy mission control
-"pacify" the local population using a wide array of weapons and gadgets
-earn cosmetics just by playing and engaging with the game
-brave insane difficulties (not for the faint of heart)
-mod the game into memeblivion
-KILL THE SCOUT
-commit many work safety violations

List of things you CANNOT do in this game:
-Pay for the battlepass (it's free)
-miss out on cosmetics because you weren't signing your life away (they make every single one of them available like the non-battlepass ones, just by playing)
-have too much ammo
-have too many friends
-get a raise (capitalism)

This game's great, you'll love it.

I'll nominate this game for the labor of love award, because ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ they deserved it.
this game went from scratch to an absolute classic in a few years of consistent updates, listening to the community and adding up to make about 3 TIMES THE INITIAL CONTENT OF THE GAME, and the price is still cheap as f, they could charge 20 bucks and it would still be worth it.

KEEP IN MIND that this game is an rpg, grind is part of the point, fighting is hard, harder difficulty makes it... you guessed it, harder, HELLA harder, don't complain about that please, it's part of the fun. just keep in mind that if you don't feel the drive to improve and always find yourself wanting more loot, this game ISN'T FOR YOU.

Building is fun, crafting feels rewarding, getting loot is really exciting, multiplayer is balanced (not all games do that) and boss fights really teach you that being prepared is a necessity.

the graphics are really nice pixel art, cute and really iconic.

the music is really REALLY iconic, and really sticks to you, i find myself humming it while mining and moving around.

potential, that's the thing everyone forgot about.
this game has infinite growth potential, and most fan would know most of the planned updates haven't rolled out and are still coming.
this game can grow into the most fun and alluring truly ADVENTURE game, but most people are mad at the actual state of the game, let me rephrase this.
this game is kindof in early access, it WILL grow and change over time.
just don't jump at conclusions and wait out for it.

such a shame...
they ended ace of spades for a game they didn't even succeeded in making popular...
at least ace of spades had a community.
