Favorite horror game

They've turned it around, game kicks ass now

There are 3 important fps games. Doom and Deus Ex are two of them. This is the other. Play it if you even remotely like fps games.

A wonderful set of levels for an already wonderful game. No reason not to get it if you liked Amid Evil

One of the absolute best fps games ever

Heavily inspired by Doom 3. Great level design with shortcuts and looping back into areas you've already been to. Limited saving access via the rec centers vs quicksaving is awesome. Game has some survival horror vibes but moreso resembles Quake4 (in terms of arsenal) and Doom 3(in terms of visual language, mechanics, and overall vibe). Support indie devs!

The DEFINITIVE way to experience Rise of the Triad. Loaded to the gills with features and extra content. If you've ever been curious about ROTT this is the place to go. The amount of love and attention paid by the devs really shows their love for this flawed(but still extremely fun) cult classic FPS.

If you consider yourself a fan of boomer shooters you have no excuse to give this a go. I'll bury you in a lunchbox if you don't.

Fantastic showcase of RTX Remix, terribly paced mod with obnoxious puzzles that go as far as to suggest you change settings to make them easier. I know that Portal Prelude was one of the first Portal mods back in 2008, but this feels very bad to play in light of the fantastic fan content for Portal 2/other Portal related content. Fun to benchmark with I guess, but not worth your time otherwise.

This game has no business being as good as it is for five dollars.

A unique blend of early 3d accelerated shooters(Turok being the biggest obvious influence,Quake 2, Unreal) with a splash of Build Engine level design (semi branching paths, open levels, many vents/secrets). Incredible enemy variety, great combat, and some interesting(if sparse) music choices. This game needs a lot more attention for sure. Tell your friends.
