complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. probably one of the best games ever made
i think the story is pretty awesome and i think there's quite a few unique ways i can comment on it due to my gamedev experience since it feels like the story is to some extent about the act of developing the game and figuring out what a hotline miami sequel should be (as well as like, the reactions to the first game as many have already said), might write a blog post or something about it someday idk

great gameplay, great story, lots of mystery throughout the story that doesn't feel forced, and works well with the often psychedelic presentation and hard to follow series of events

Maximum action is a good game
The normal experience is fairly bug-free, despite being early access (though there are fun bugs to be found if you go hunting for them).
Shooting feels great, you can really feel that your shots count, which they do.
Because it's early access, the game isn't too polished in some places, but actual gameplay feels great, fast and responsive.
Music is pretty dope too, though i wouldn't personally rank it on the same level as Hotline Miami, Payday or Hackmud, it's still great to blast some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to.
