Half a year ago, when I played the first Blasphemous, I didn't have high expectations, but then, when I found myself playing 26 hours in two days and finishing the game right away, it became one of my favourite games of all time and by far the best platformer I played. In my opinion, Blasphemous 2 has fixed some of the significant issues from the first game (spikes being an immediate death) but also took away some positives (a lot better execution animations).

But still, this game is close to Blasphemous, which I like to call almost perfect, and manages a great story, remarkable mechanics, entertaining boss fights, and plenty of content. One of the main aspects of Blasphemous is the ambience, and this game manages that flawlessly as well. So, if you are looking for a great game to spend time on or a platformer/metroidvania specifically, this game or the first one is perfect. You might get frustrated here and there if you are not used to hardcore games, but in the end, this game is worth it.

When it comes to the Mea Culpa DLC, there is a lot of new content and my favourite sword itself. The boss fights, while not particularly difficult (at least for me), remain enjoyable. New Game+ and True Torment are added with this update (you don't need to buy the DLC to get these); moreover, there are a lot of improvements to the map, with also new areas. I spent around ten hours finishing almost everything DLC gives you (other than NG+ and TT), so I think it is well worth the price.

Storytelling is what makes games great. We all live different lives, go through lots of different things; pain and anger, happiness and excitement, sadness and emptiness, love and peace. We all live, and each one of us are special but we sometimes forget how fast the time goes by. "Everytime you blink, you are going to jump forward in time. Could be a second, could be 5 years and just try to enjoy it this time."
Enjoy life, enjoy this game and when you get close to the end, let the tears fall. And just, try to enjoy it this time :)

I finished Leon's part once on PS and now on here and I have to say, this game was one of the most fun horror games I have ever played. Everything feels so smooth with this game. Story feels nice, combat, enemies, everything is so "smooth" as I mentioned. Fighting against an AI that keeps chasing me in the map wasn't something I really experienced beforehand and Mr. X became one of the antagonists that really got a place in my mind.

As someone who liked This War of Mine a lot, this game feels okayish. Combat is weird and very easy, the story doesn't feel serious which is not a bad thing and the main issue I have with this game is that some materials are very hard to get for a while. Some missions don't feel rewarding and my last two hours before I started writing this was full of grinding the shop rep without any progress in the story. And those two hours felt very unrewarding. But overall I enjoyed the time I spent.

An actual challenging co-op puzzle game that made us look up for hints. The other games of the series were fun as well but as I said, this one felt a lot more challenging than others. It's actually a lot more polished and it's one of the best puzzle games you can play with your friend or partner.

Early Access Review
Got to Titan with a giant and eyeless dogs spawning at the start and teleported inside to get my neck snapped by a bracken :)

Played 40h in 3 days, worth the experience

I really don't understand the paid subscription thing. It's rival Aim Lab has much more features, ranks and customization. And after all months, they don't chose to have new features and improve the game but they suddenly choose to add a subscription that costs 20 dollars for a year and lets you see what rank you have in an aim trainer. It's not a free game, it's certainly not the best aim trainer out there but how do you choose to add a subscription that gets you features you already should have at the first place. It just doesn't makes sense. Well, I guess I will use it a few more months and switch to Aim Labs. Only reason I am using Kovaak's is the orange and white theme. Aim Lab's blue theme is kinda depressing. LULW

This game was basically my starter point to competitive MnK FPS gaming. I played the game mostly for the competitive side, got to meet lots of good players, learned a lot about FPS fundamentals, esports, competing and many other things. The satisfaction of a one clip, movement, understanding zones and positions and how to play in them, holding spots and feeling the adrenaline of an end game; all very satisfying things. I don't play as much anymore but Apex is a game that doesn't make me regret any of the time I spent and a game I would be willing to spend much more time on, in the future.
