Haven't bought the campaign yet. I like the big team battle multiplayer. Everything about the fight feels good except the matchmaking and lack of maps. Seriously, just add the Halo CE multiplayer maps and it'd be a near perfect endless fun simulator.

I don't understand what people are complaining about. It's essentially 20 years old and I've been waiting for it to come to steam for over 10 of them. Don't play over 60fps and you'll have a great time. It's really not hard. Seamless switching between old and new graphics is very desirable for someone who played it as a kid such as myself. My only real complaint is that when playing with original graphics, recordings of the game render almost all the materials and models as black. Played through the campaign and it was just as great as I remember. Still holds up to modern games imo, they were very ahead of the time.
