The storyline is trash, but the gameplay is very good. Tons of replayability, and after game stuff. It basically just unlocks the next part of the game when you beat it.

I have no idea why I enjoy it so much, but I do. Once I start playing, it's like meditation. I just have to knock out the next project, or work on my current flip. It's Sneaky how addicting it is. I had no interest in buying the gardening DLC either, but I just couldn't stand the sight of my awful lawn... This game is something else.
