TLDR; Not worth at the full price. One can wait till they iron out all the bugs with some decent updates.

*****************
*In-Depth Review*
*****************

Alright, so after spending solid over 18 hours of gameplay, I think I can share my 2 cents about the game. Before you begin to read the review, kindly note that this is strictly my opinion and my experience of the gameplay, it may or may not amuse your view.

The game itself is huge and massive, thus there are too many things to cover on a pointer basis, so instead, I will try to divide it in segments. So let's begin.

=======================================================================

*****************
*Game-Play*
*****************
For the first person shooter style game, it's wonderfully crafted. You take the role of a mercenary in 2077, in a city called Night-City. A futuristic place which has two sides, just like any city. A luxurious and affectioning night-life in the city and an out-lawful external world associated to it.

The core gameplay is solid and the handling of guns, vehicles, character movement, world interaction, object interactions, main mission, side missions/quests are beautifully crafted. I mean, the prologue itself takes over 7-8 hours. So full marks in this area.

=======================================================================

*****************
*Open World/Entities*
*****************
The world is humongous and amazingly created. Though, at some points, the city feels like a bit clumsy, like they've tried to fit in many things in a single street, and to top it all, thanks to the first-person view only, it invites a bit of a side of claustrophobia. Everything looks like right at your face, NPCs, Cars, Shops etc.

The only third person camera(or different camera modes) available, when a character drives a car.

Other interactives such as a mobile phone, all it displays, the contact name and calling option.

They could've introduced a third person view/camera as well. I mean come on CD Projekt, Rockstar made GTA V in 2013 and yet they gave all third person as well first person capabilities, however, you launching the game in 2020, failed to do that?

=======================================================================

*****************
*Missions/Story line*
*****************

Again, full marks in this area. The story is well written, and it offers multiple choice answers based questions. So the RPG feel is defiantly there. Though you can't change the final outcome of few of the missions, no matter what you choose as an answer, but it's still wonderful to have that option right off the bat.

=======================================================================

*****************
*Customization*
*****************
I find 2 sides for this scope.

1. Character Customization -
You can customize the character in every detail possible(including the private parts), Do I need to say more?

2. Vehicle Customization -
YOU CANNOT CUSTOMIZE ANY VEHICLE IN ANYWAY POSSIBLE.

I mean really? CD Projekt, again, none of you have ever though to introduce a bit of a customization part to the vehicle as well? Not even the base color of the vehicle, let alone the vehicle engine upgrades. But you can not customize.

I find it ironically funny, that they can focus so much on the character customization(Clothes, Tattoos, Private Parts), you name it, but at the same time, a personal vehicle which an in-game character has from the beginning they do not feel the need to give an option to customize it? wow.

=======================================================================

*****************
*Bugs*
*****************
This is the first time, I had to make a special column for the bugs scope, there are so many bugs.

You start experiencing bugs right from the beginning, be that a collision less characters, entities, guns hanging in an air, cellphones floating in air, out of sync sound effect(you hit a streetlamp with vehicle) and you get the sound effect of that after solid 5-10 seconds. Out of Sync Character Voice over and much much more.

This was supposed to be the final released product, I would rather categorize this as an early access, cause it seems like this game, was never tested. They just developed and released it to the public.

If you are someone, who likes to play buggy game, this sections wouldn't make much difference to you, but I think, when you are paying the full price of the product, you must have a bug free product.

=======================================================================

*****************
*Conclusion*
*****************
No Doubt the game has a full potential, however, poor execution had ruined it's first impression. Cause this game took solid 8 years in the development, and countless postponed incidents of release dates being pushed further. The studio could've taken a bit more time and then could've released a better product, rather than releasing the product with so many bugs.

Here are few pros and cons

Pros :
1. Story line and missions are well worthy
2. Open World is crafted nicely
3. Gameplay seems solid
4. Guns, Vehicle Handing is on a positive side as well
5. HUD, Mini-map and other UI elements do not overwhelm the screen, well made.
6. Very well optimized, especially for PC users.
7. Keanu Reeves has an in-game special full fledged character(Needless to say more)

Cons :
1. Way too much buggy, I mean, even if you try to overlook the bug in one scene, in the next scene there will be at-least few more bugs
2. Character doesn't really have a collision detection, and it feels disgusting playing in first person only strict policy
3. Sometimes, the lip-sync is completely missing from the game

I tried hard not to compare it with other open-world games, but can't help, There are so many aspects one can see that GTA V which was launched back in 2013 has way too many advanced features not only specific to the character but even the world revolves around it. Even WatchDogs-2 in that regard(released in 2016), world feels way more lively, and yet you releasing this game in 2020 and failing at so basic things?

It's hard to believe, it's from the same studio who made amazing game like The Witcher 3?

Cyberpunk 2077 entered pre-production with approximately fifty staff members when developer CD Projekt Red had finished The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine (2016). They later devoted a team larger than that of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (2015),and after it was released, began upgrading their REDengine 3 to complement Cyberpunk 2077.
Source : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyberpunk_2077#Development

Despite all of the above, the game disappoints miserably.

Character doesn't have a mobile phone, character can't customize the vehicle, no taxis or automated driven cars, character can't drive the flying vehicles and to top it off, the bugs, man so many bugs.

The game does not worth at this price point. They surely need to fix a-lot of issues and other aspects in the updates/patches. till then, I can not recommend this game.

P.S. After their latest update now, the game even refuses to open up, and it now crashes right at the launch. WOW.

I will update this review as my further experience.

TLDR; One of the best "full motion video (FMV)" games BUT MIGHT NOT FOR EVERYONE.

Alright, After spending over 7 hours I can say this firmly, hands down to one of the best FMV games I've played. The game puts you in a character called "Viny" a 5'9 good looking guy, with dates via a dating app.
I must say the game-play is quite amazing and one can sense the efforts had to put behind the making.

I think, The actors did fantastic job justifying their roles and the personalities. IMO, the game is not meant for everyone, since game actually has quite a bit interesting angles in every single personality. The decisions decides the further path of the game/relationship on the choice you make/actions you take.

Below are the pros and cons as per my experience.

Pros.

1. Amazing cast who did really a great job justifying their roles in their own way.
2. More realistic and great number of choices
3. Consequence driven game-play is something keeps the player on the hook
4. Script and screenplay is generously written, as each of the character(specially dates) starts to begin interesting from the second date as more interactive session/event begins
5. Soothing and situation adapting music, loved the way it emerges the game-play
6. Developers did good job too, though, very less controls are mapped, since player only have to choose the option as an answer, but good way to manage the cutscene and their renderings
7. Good start and a way to introduce player to the game mechanism
8. A great inside foreseeable future of the Dating/Meeting new people
9. Interesting concepts and the visually pleasing game-play
10. Humor is spot on

Cons.
1. Answer which has been selected, gets highlighted the same color as the answers which are not selected, it's confuses a bit as which option we choose?
2. Skipping the scenes doesn't get unlock until to complete the first date.
3. No undo or going back to change the answers, once you select the answer it's done.
4. game-play is lengthy enough to keep you busy for 5-6 hours but it could've been a bit more longer, may be few more dates added
5. Less replayability at this point, once you complete the game.

All in all, a great buy for the ones who are looking for some matured game style.

Below are the few Non-spoiler tips for the new players.
1. Start the game and more preferably select the dates, the way they have listed(From top to bottom), Trust me, each endings will surprise you in a good way if you select the correct option
2. Make your profile at the start a bit more carefully, as each date will react to the profile you have created

P.S. This game is not for everyone, if you are matured enough to understand and look at the relationship beyond of a point of a fun(you know ;) ), you might not like the game. Otherwise, it will just blow your mind.

TL;DR : If you are looking for a game which can offer you an massive open world, full of adventures journey with random events, massive set of quests and treasure hunts with western outlaw style, this is the game for you.
Also, I have few non-spoiler game-play tips at the end, so if you are interested, take a look.

================
Detailed Review
================
NOTE :
This review is done only from the single player/story mode prospective. All the points mentioned are strictly my opinion only and my take of this game.
It may or may not give you the same experience as mentioned here.

==============
My Experience
==============
On 26th December 2019, Along with this game I bought and installed few other games too, but since then this is the only game I ended up spending 17+ hours and still counting.

=========
Pointers
=========
To put it in 3 words, "A Rare Masterpiece"
The game has 2 different modes,
1. Story Mode/Single player
2. Multiplayer/Online
In Story mode, the game revolves around main protagonist, named Arthur. You play as Arthur who is an important part of an outlaw gang.

What this game has to offer?
Game has huge offerings, in terms of player engagement.
1. Main Story Driven Gameplay : For Story driven fans
2. Quests : To help player boost/unlock some attributes
3. Side Missions : To make available few items/skills earlier

Besides the vanilla/default game mechanics?
what makes a PC game more fun? "Mods". Though Rockstar doesn't officially support mods, they also do respect the creativity approached by their fans to the game, as far as it stays in offline/story mode only.

============
Pros & Cons
============
Pros.
1. Open-world Massive and Beautifully crafted Open-world(From Icy mountains to muddy swamps)
2. Story - Amazing & well paced story line
3. Player Attributes - Well balanced player characteristics and attributes and practical at the same time. E.g. If player is in snow surrounded area and doesn't have winter clothes on it will affect it's health and cores.
4. Interactable Objects - Tons of Guns and Ammunition, Horses(your primary medium of transportation), Tonics and edibles, Loots etc.
5. Gameplay - Smooth and versatile. Game doesn't forces you a character oriented story, but rather lets you decide, who you want to be.
5. Apart from Main Story line - Tons of things to do apart from missions(Hunting & skinning, Fishing, Horse Riding, Crafting, Cooking and much more)
6. Optimization - Very well optimized for PC
7. Music - None other than "Woody Jackson"(aka composer for Red Dead Redemption, GTA V, Max Payne 3, L.A. Noire). Great situation and world adaptive music. I would say, its one of those games, where the BGM/and other sound effects takes the gameplay to the whole new level, Try it with Headphones
8. Random stuff in the game - Very well done in this regards, Imagine, you are on your way to start a new mission, and you have a stranger asking for help in the midway, Do you really want to help? It could be a trap, or are they genuine?
9. Realistic Touches - Be that your beard growth, be that your hair growth, be that a hunt you have skinned leaving a bloody spots on your right/left shoulder. One just can amaze to see how much work does Rockstar have put into. One of the most realistic games I've played. And loved it.
10. Apart from default game-play - Still looking for more? Single Player / Offline Mods? Does that answer the point? There are limitless possibilities with this section, as community has so much to offer and people are awaiting for a lot to grasp to.

Cons.
1. Key binding - If you are playing it on PC, I would very highly recommend to play it with keyboard and mouse. As game-play can be really frustrating at times if you are playing with controller.
2. Hard Mechanism - "Easy to learn, Hard to Master." The game is a whole eco-system in itself and grasping everything at once can be really tough. There are Ledgers, Documents, Skill trees, Diary, Inventory System and much more.

================
Final Take-away
================
Well, if it's not clear so far, let me repeat, the game itself is amazing and really one of a kind. There are few restrictions and the game is very hardware demanding, but again, it has to be that way. The game has so much to offer to.
The has massive open-world, There are literally individual systems made for each aspect, Player characteristics, Skill tree, Camp and it's requirements, NPCs, Livestock(Including your horses, which has bonding mechanics, just like real-life),

============================
Do You Recommend This Game?
============================
Yes, I absolutely recommend this game. I only recommend if your hardware meets minimum specifications. This is more kind of a game, which one needs to enjoy it while exploring and playing.

=================
Non-Spoiler Tips
=================
Here are few of the tips I found very helpful myself, and thus sharing it here. It may/may not help you in your game-play.
1. DO NOT RUSH INTO THE FINISHING THE GAME - Sorry about the caps, but I've seen many players who are just in a rush to complete the story mode and to reach to an end.
I would very very highly recommend do not do that. There are many side missions which are associates to the main story mission.
What I mean by that, once you complete story missions(Marked with Yellow area) the side missions(marked with White area) might not be available later on in the game.

2. Try to Explore the world by Horse-riding - I would suggest to explore the area and complete your journey using your horse/s, and not by using fast-travel or any other types. Due to 2 specific reasons.
i. While exploring the area using horse/on foot, there are many random events you run into, some of them are really very important at the early game stages
ii. The beautiful scenery is one to fall in love with.

3. The game becomes tedious? - Well, the game takes practical approach so it has to be tedious. You being the part of the group, you have few responsibilities. In order to make your group survive, you have duties to feed the camp(By Hunting), to provide the medical resources, to provide the money, to provide the guns and Ammunition
And the game exactly becomes tedious here, as most of the player end focusing just one approach. They either will try to finish the game and all the missions and later will end-up only hunting or fishing.
Instead, I would suggest to mix and have the perfect blend of approach, here, how I play,
i. I usually start from my camp in the morning by completing few of the chores at camp(Emptying Bucket full of water etc.)
ii. Then I go up to campfire to have a bowl of stew, This helps restoring the cores and attributes
iii. Then up-to horses, I start by cleaning them(by using brush or by riding it threw a water source) and then by feeding them.
iv. I usually take 2 horses(one I ride and the other one follows me)
iv. After that, I pick side-missions(if there are any), or mission
v. Ride to that mission(by completing random events if there are any)
vi. performing and completing the mission(this usually end-up consuming 1/4th of the day, so around evening in game-time)
vii. Ride back to the camp site(again, by completing random events if there are any on the way back)
viii. Interesting part, either hunt on the way back to camp, or hunt somewhere near the camp, This is why I take 2 horses out. Each horse can carry 1 big/medium scale animal(Deer, lambs), 2 small kills(rabbits, chickens), and then I carry 1.
So basically on my way back, I usually have 7 kills and then end-up donating all to the camp. It fulfills all the camp food needs 1 go

TLDR; Bought the game on 13th April 2019, 15 hours of the game-play and loving it already. One of the best RTS/Base Building games I've ever played.
It offers the humor brilliantly, which many of the games misses now a days. A definite buy if you are an RTS/Base Building style player.

In Depth Review :
So, I read some of the mean and irrelevant comments earlier, and wanted to give some fair light to this masterpiece.
Before you begin, Below mentioned review is strictly my own opinion about this game, and I don't mean to offend anyone anyway.

Game Plot :
I bought Evil Genius recently, and this is one of the best games I've ever played.
The very unique idea of an overall plot, you play as big boss for a new vigilante group, who aims to expand his territory and letting know the existing
underworld dominating groups, "A NEW PLAYER IS IN TOWN".

Now through this journey, you have to perform different tasks, such as stealing money from different segments of the world, where the different groups
already have their existence.

Game pretty much covers all the aspects, such as Groups with their bosses, henchmen(all having different specialties, strengths and weaknesses),
people who work for your organizations(Minions), which are divided in 3 basic types(valet, mechanic, guards).

Game has random events and heat level generation mechanic, the more your group generates the heat on the world map(by stealing/plotting), the more surprising
inspections you will have on your base.

Brilliantly cross blended the base of your controlled environment with the world occupied groups, the one you can't control. This defiantly adds the challenge.

Pros & Cons :

Pros
1. Hard but entertaining learning curve
2. Addictive Game-play, functionalities
3. Beautiful graphics
4. One of the best BGMs in gaming industry by legendary artist Richard Joseph(Thank you so much Richard sir)
5. The game still works quite well on windows 8/10. Without any crashes, I mean I was a bit skeptical about this, but it surprised me.
I can go on with Pros but I will hold here.

Cons.
Didn't find any downside of the game.

Down-votes for this? Really?
Artificial Intelligence - I read few comments pin-pointing "How bad the AI this game has", but frankly, I didn't find an setbacks in the game's AI work.
I mean, the newer games have bad AIs(FarCry 5, Sniper Elite 4, RTS games such as Banished, Transport Tycoon, Stronghold 3, Sports game like FIFA 19, NBA 2k18, 2k19)
All these games which I've listed above are developed in recent years, with much better game engines and capabilities, but they still don't offer any good AI.

Game Bugs - Yes, I agree, there are few bugs in the game such as occasionally character bugs out on animation, graphics representation etc. But I didn't find any game breaking bugs.
Also, the one who are down-voting this game due to the bugs name any of the application/game which 100% bug free which you know. As they say, bug free application is a myth, infact, the operating systems we have installed,
end up releasing hot fixes, patches, to iron out the bugs which went undetected in the initial shipping.

Graphics Level - I read one comment on the it's graphics offering, and it ended up not recommending this game due to bad graphics. Really?
Kid, check the release date of this game, it's 15 years old game, and the graphics were created during that time. Besides, the graphics aren't bad. I am guessing though,
these users have never experienced the pixel era of the games. Man, I miss the old days, where game-play was more important than the graphics it offers.

Do I recommend this game?
I defiantly do recommend this game.
Trust me, if you like to play base building, RTS, Construction Management style games(Dungeon Keeper), you will love this one.

Now before you end up comparing this game with latest releases, please bear in mind, this game was released in 2004(so it's freaking 15 years old game).
In these last years, game engines have reached a new capabilities and so does hardwares(CPUs, GPUs and Data processing methods).

TLDR;
Looking for some simple yet addictive city building game, You've come the right place.

In Depth Review
Alright, so after playing this game for some time, here are 2 cents from my end.

So first thing first, This is a Top down city building/resource management Game with super simple graphics. But be warned, the learning curve is a bit stiff and one will have to focusly play it in order to master it.

Another diamond in the crown with this game, it's situation adapting background music. The game plays the background music which suits your current scenario. Every single theme just suits the situation perfectly.

Developer is super friendly and literally pays attention to what the users are looking forward in the game.
Another thing, the gaming community is very much friendly and one will enjoy the stay for quite a while.

Here are some pros and cons(I didn't really find any) from my end.

Pros.
1. Top down simple yet beautiful city building game
2. Addictive as anything, as the game progresses the level of challenge changes accordingly
3. A stiff of a learning curve, but once you have mastered it, you won't regret the time you have invested in it
4. Serious game play, and no stupid stuff like micro/mini transactions. The price you pay is once and for all
5. Background music is beautiful and quite well done
6. Active developer and active gaming community. This is one of the rarest things to get now a days.

Cons.
I didn't find any cons so far, few improvisations have suggested but no game breaking bug so far.

Do I recommend this game?
Yes, I do recommend this game, if you are a serious gamer and looking for a matured game-play where the graphics comes later than the game-play it offers, this game is surely for you.
Trust me, I've owned over 130 products on steam(majority of which are paid ones) so have a bit an idea as which game deserves to be kept and which doesn't. This one surely goes in the first criteria.
You won't regret your decision.

P.S This is an indie and an early access title. But the game is progressing quite well as the developer is very active around.

P.P.S I've seen some mean and negative comments in the comment section earlier, to those, you will need to understand, this is an indie game(made by one person), It's not a hotshot AAA title from any giant gaming companies, where they have multiple team working on different modules of the gameplay and numorous testers, testing & ironing bugs out. Infact, one should admire the efforts from developer as it takes huge amount of time in the development & fixing the bugs of any software/application, especially when it's an interactive(games) application.

TLDR
Made so many wrong choices, don't commit the mistakes like I did. Don't think twice to purchase the game. Just go ahead with it.

In Depth Review :
Don't know where to start. So, some time back, I saw the YouTube videos and other streamers playing this game. Searched on steam and found this game.
But just like for other games, I had my doubts for this game as well(Huh, what a fool am I). Anyway, so, found the demo version of this game, installed it right- away and played it for sometime.
They have a tutorial/demo scenes for you to have the taste of the game.

Moving on, So spent huge amount of hours in the demo version(This is the only game, where I've spent so much time playing the demo version) cause the learning curve is difficult for the game.
The first impression was, the graphics isn't that great, it's a top down resource management/factory establishing game. I thought to myself, this will be boring as hell(here, I made fool twice of myself).

Upon playing this game for first 30 mins, I gave up as I thought, I couldn't play it any longer. But, HOLD ON, I returned to it right after 30 mins break(Trust me, it's that much addictive, yes even in demo version).

So before moving to the pros and cons(*sarcastically* yeah, right) of the game, just one last thing.
Have you ever thought of any game to be this mature and to such a level of addiction, you won't like to give up? well, this is that one game.

It's not any hot-shot AAA title from any fancy publisher and developer but it's sure consist a serious pack of entertainment.

Pros.
1. Brilliantly designed in-depth game-play
2. Hard learning curve but addictive
3. Simple graphics(easy on the hardware)
4. Massive and Openworld environment
5. Customization as per your liking
6. Huge amount of replay-ability
7. Literally forces you to think twice before making any decision in the game-play
8. Mature gameplay(which are very rare to find these days)
9. Non stupid in-game purchase/micro transaction
10. Brilliantly Optimized/Anti-lag. Me to Game : Do you lag? Game replied : Lag? what's that?
11. Repeat all of the above and keep on going till you get tired

Cons.(are there really any?) There are only 2 cons I found
1. The game is quite cheap at the price by the proportion, it offers the ingame hours to it
2. If you are working profession(have fulltime job), you will end up regretting why there are only 24 hours in the day, and why do you have to work for so many hours.

Trust me, I've called in sick to skip the office for so many times because of this game, that I literally lost the count.

Anyway, moving on, to the Huge mistake, The only reason I didn't purchase the full version of this game until now, cause, I have exhausted all my leaves and now, as the year is ending, my paid leaves balance has been replenished. So, now I can call in the sick again for sometime I guess.

So all in all, if you are a mature gamer and would love to play the game which is quite, non stupid action pack with micro/mini transactions, go ahead with this one. You will not regret the purchase. Believe me when I say this, I've 130+ games and 1 software purchased over steam(very few free to play games are there in my library), so I have a bit of an idea, what all games deserves to be kept.

DO I RECOMMAND THIS GAME?
Only if you are serious gamer and willing to skip your job/school so that you can play this game.

P.S. I didn't mention the active developer part, modding community and multiplayer in my description as my hands are tired of typing. I guess this my new mistake. But will come back to this review to edit it as and when I can.

Just a brilliant game and a perfect example, what a good piece of software, when planned, coded/written, executed correctly.

The developer(Eric Barone) is just brilliant as he has executed the idea quite well.

Graphics are fun looking too.

I've nominated this game, ConcernedApe (Eric Barone) to the best developer category nomination for steam 2018.

10/10

P.S. Kindly take the fact into consideration, this is an indie game title, developed & tested by one person.

Here are my 2 cents for this amazing little masterpiece.

I've nominated this game, to the Steam awards 2018 under the section "Labour of Love"

And there is a specific reason for that.

I could see a devloper is quite active around this game. So far, what I've gathered information about this, It's an indie title, solely developed by one man, Kenneth Otto Larsen.

Played like 20+ hours in the game, infact spent alot more than just these hours showing here.

Anyway, here are few pros/cons I found with my gameplay with it.

Pros.
1. Amazingly crafted and continues dynamic challenges makes it more alive than being just monotonus, cause majority of RTS/simulation/Resource Management style games, do over the period of time. This one isn't. :)
2. Loved the management prospect, Start with nothing, expanding to the small office, medium scale and then the big software giant. Compition is fair and isn't too much hard rubber-banded.
3. Beautiful blending taste, the ones who have missed the computing in it's developement Era(80s), this brings back a lot of memeories. Start off with all the old machines, slow computers, table lights and then slowly as the time passes by the new things come in to the picture. This aspect really merges you into the game.
4. Alot of customization. Character Avatar, Name, Comapny name, you just name it, and there are quite good chances this game offers that customization, it's a good approch, especially for YouTubers, who likes to livestream
5.Not too harsh graphics. Lowpoly graphics look quite nice.
6. Small but fairly Great Modding community. The developer himself listens to the audience and tries to implement the featues as audience likes.

Cons-
1.It bugs out sometimes, Nothing game breaking till now, but the screen simply doesn't respond and makes me to quit to main menu. Loading game solves the issue however.
2. Sound doesn't suite perfectly in every scene, but not as bad as you might wanna mute the BG entirely. :)

All in all, well above a decent product. The best bucks I've spent for an indie title. This game is as great as other indie titles,(RimWorld, Factorio), just not as huge. But still, nails the target completly.

P.S. Please make a note, that this game is made by just one man, and I give 100 for his constant efforts to make this a wonderful game what it is now. :)

I usually do not comment/write any reviews on anything that I purchase, unless I find that product extremly amazing or disappointing.
And now, after 5 hours of gameplay, when I am writing about this review about Cities: Skylines, you could guess it. This game is a Gem, 10/10 from me and hats off to the devs, as they have really worked hard upon it.

At first I was little doubtful, since, I never heard of this title(Though it's famous one, but wasn't marketized as much as it's other compititor), so nevertheless, I must say, I am not at all disappointed.

So below are pros and cons after my 5 hours of gameplay.

Pros.
1. Eye for a detail - On this aspect kudos to dev team as they have really kept an eye for a detail. E.g. A very small but practicle thing, if you install a water purification pump next to the sewage pump in opposite of river flow direction, citizens of your city will start complaining about bad water taste. Amazing.

2. Situation Adapting Music - This adds great potential to your gameplay. If your economy is doing well, you will hear the pleasant music on the other hand, in poor economy, a sad and warned music.

3. Tiny but great Graphics - As this game is all about managing your city with resources and rise the popularity of it, The graphics level are astonishing.

4. Build as if you were practicle mayor - All the functionality this game offers like instruments, architectural structures, even policies(Ban Smoking, Ban Heavy Vehicles etc.) are just like real life, which makes this game more intresting.

5. Running out of money? Take loans from bank - Expand your city as you dream, but wait, are you short of money supplies? Take out loan from the banks but bear in mind, the longer time you will hold down the loan, the greater the amount of installment you will have to pay, including intrest.

Cons.

1. Frankly, I didn't find any flaws in the game.

P.S. This is just my own opinion and I really loved this game. I end up spending 5 hours straight the same day I bought the game.

Do I really need to say anything about the "Game of the Year"?

Just amazing and masterpiece and it's a gem added to the Grand Theft Auto Series made by Rockstar.

I am trying to put all the Pros and Cons (in my opinion), of this game below.

Pros.

1. Gameplay - An amazing gameplay, the story line is awersome and makes you overlook the QUIT BUTTON. :D

2. Graphics & Music - Just one Word. TOP NOTcH. Rockstar put almost 4+ years in the devlopment of this game. So, definatly worth their efforts. And big respect from me. :)

3. OpenWorld/Sandbox Styles - Endless opportunities. Yeah, you guessed it right, so even if you are done playing with entire story mode, there are tones of things you can do besides, main missions.

4. An american Dream - The liberty city is replica of NYC, and its so amazingly done, that even if you are not from America or NYC, you can still experience the american lifestyle, Virtually afcourse. XD

5. and on and on and on....

Cons.

ARE YOU F***ING KINDING ME? THERE ARE NO CONS SO STOP EVEN ASKING FOR ONE. :D

10/10

P.S. I alredy had non steam version, but still bought the whole GTA Franchise on Steam. So that now I have all the titles at one place. :D
