Нашел, правду давно уже, но нашел.

With this you don't need to download games for windows live like most other guides do save that space for something more important like another game. All this does is you download a very small zip file extract the .dll file and place it in the games folder and it disables the check for games for windows live feature. Allowing you to play your game.
