The game was fun while it lasted, but with Sony's abysmal record of data security, it's basically just a honeypot to lure people in so you can eventually have your data leaked in Yet Another Sony Data Breach. I'm gonna miss this game, but I'm sure as hell not gonna miss out on much without having a Playstation account.

Best of luck to the devs at Arrowhead, hoping that the next thing they make wont be published by Sony. With the amount of holes in their data security I cannot think of any way that I can morally recommend playing this game anymore. Stay safe out there lads.

Overview:
Puzzles? Check. Lasers? Check. Robots? Triple check. That and more delivered by the masterpiece that is Portal 2.

Gameplay:
The gameplay is very well done, with every action feeling like it counts, and always with puzzles that are just hard enough to make you think again just when you think you've got the hang of the game. My only complaint is some of the less obvious puzzles in the Old Aperture section. Don't get me wrong, most of them were very enjoyable, but I found myself pulling my hair out on the last one featuring both blue and orange gel. While the puzzle was simple enough once it was figured out, the problem was that I found myself not being able to keep track of every element of it all, and for the first half hour not even being able to find every element. While this problem is mainly isolated to that specific test, I did run into a similar problem on one of the later Wheatly-made chambers. All in all though the problem is pretty isolated, and those two tests are just a drob in the bucket compared to the whole game. I give it a 4/5.

Aesthetics:
The aesthetics of Portal 2 are incredible, and a large step up from Portal 1. With not one, not two, but five styles of puzzle thorough the game the devs did a marvelous job with it all. My only complaint is that the completed GLaDOS-style chambers feel a little bit dull by comparison to all the others while they last, and the behind the scenes ones can be a little bit confusing on where you're supposed to go at times. No, I'm not going to mention the sudden style change. I give it a 5/5.

Playability:
The playability is fluid, with little to no cutscenes whatsoever in typical Valve style, while still managing to get an immersive story across. The removal of boring loading scenes from the Half-Life series and the first Portal game is a big step in the right direction, and the map layout is just perfect for making each part blend into the next. New elements are all introduced just at the right times to keep you on your feet thorough the game. As for the Co-Op mode the inclusion of pinging is suprisingly effective and immersive, and although I would have loved to see a voicechat system I understand that that would be rather immersion-breaking, and besides, Valve isn't the best at making voice-chat systems if all of their others are evidence of anything. I give playability a 5/5.

Scoring:
Gameplay - 4/5
Aesthetics - 5/5
Playability - 5/5
Overall - 4/5

Disclaimer:
This is my own opinion, I'm not trying to be mean here. Whether you're a fan or even the dev team try not to get to mad, or sad over 'lil old me. Just voicing what I think. Feel free to politely disagree.

Overview:
What is Jelly Killer ? A pixelated nightmare of 2D platforming, that's what. I'll admit, it's a good concept, but like many things when put into action it just does not work. The controls are hard to nail down, several areas are way harder than they should be, the puzzle aspect is fairy undermined by the soldiers or whoever they are, and frankly I'm not even sure if this is supposed to be a puzzle game.

Gameplay:
It's in some awkward place in between puzzle and combat, and it just doesn't feel right. You can't fight by yourself, you've just gotta dodge and jump around until you can nab one of the soldiers. And in that case the theme seems to shift far more to combat.

Aesthetics:
I'm not one to complain about things like graphics and art style often, infact I quite like pixelated things. However, I suppose I'll have to make an exception here, because I do not like the art here one bit. Whilst it gets points for good pixel art(far better than my own I'll add), it just all seems so bland. The color scheme is just off, a bit too brownish. Doesn't add for a good feel at all. On top of that, there's black outlines on EVERYTHING . Don't get me wrong, putting these on your art serves very well in practice, but when put into the final product, just looks unprofessional and choppy. And lastly, the art and environment doesn't make all that much sense considering the backstory. It doesn't really scream "Science Lab" like it should. Looks more like a renovated cave or dungeon. The spikes are also a bit weird, not something you'd find in a science lab. I'd expect something more like tesla coils or lazers.

Playability:
Whilst normally alright in playability, Jelly Killer still has its problems. Take the controls for example, I may be a special little snowflake here but I've had a very bad time trying to figure them out. But let's not forget the two other errors I've found, loading time and difficulty. The longish loading times may be just something to do with my machine or Wi-Fi, though I doubt it as Jelly Killer would be the only thing to have this effect, so you shouldn't really take this one to hardly. Diffuculty however, is another story. You're lucky there's no real cheats for this game, because I would definitly have used them. The reason why is due to the unbalancedness of it all. Some areas are severely diffucult, where you just have to do the same thing over and over until you finally succeed, and others where you just can't figure out the solution. Then there are areas which run smoothly and easily, no real in between making for a very choppy and annoying experience.

Scoring:
Gameplay - 2/5
Aesthetics - 1/5
Playability - 2/5
Overall - 2/5

Overview:
What is Rogue Legacy? Well, aside from a $15 way to learn how to spell Rogue, it's an adventure. A 2D platforming marvel of procedural generation, with not only a random environment, but randomized characters as well. But it's not just that, Rogue Legacy does an awesome job at balancing humor and realizm, making it easy to connect with. And the storyline is something else as well. This game was one of my first on steam, and so far, no regrets here.

Gameplay:
Simply amazing, the enimies are very well balanced and fit the theme perfectly. The puzzles are also nice to play and well rewarding. The traits are also a fine addition to the game and frankly it just wouldn't be the same without their balance and entertainment. As for the bosses, like everything in this game, can be tricky at first but are quite fun once you get the hang of it. However, once you beat the final boss the difficulty increases a noticable amount, and the enimies are no longer balanced, perminantly setting the game to a sort of hard mode.

Aesthetics:
I really like the pixely feel, a lot of detail and effort was put into it. The coloring is great as well, and serves as some nice symbolism in the title screen before and after you've beat the game. Everything has a nice middle ages feel to it, and the themes of the areas are expertly delivered in the soundtracks. Alright, alright, judgement aside can we all just take a moment to admire the fact that there's paintings of the Dummy?

Playability:
Rogue Legacy is extremely easy to play once you've gotten the hang of it. In the first few runs if you're anything like me you're f@!&ed. That's pretty much what it is with everything in this game, the combat, the controls, the bosses, the challenges, the whole shabang. So unless you're some geneticly modified gamer superhero you're in it for the long haul. Which I suppose is a good thing when you get that feeling of accomplishment every time you do something difficult. Only one real complaint, the controls are a bit weird, and I still haven't found a way to change the game volume. I don't know, maybe I'm just stupid.

Scoring:
Gameplay - 4/5
Aesthetics - 5/5
Playability - 4/5
Overall - 4/5

What is the Stanly Parable? If you guessed that it was an Incredible, Thought-Provoking, Mind-Twisting, Masterpeice of a game, then you guessed right. With Easy Controls, Multiple Endings, Rebellious Adventure Lines, and a Hilarious Narator, you never know just what's going to be around that corner.
