literally consuming my life. i wanted to come off over an hour ago and just kept doing another run. love it.

i haven't had this much fun on a cod game since mw2019. the game feels like a call back to 2009 and 2011 cod's. i've missed this type of slower paced, non-cracked out of my mind playing for £100,000 prize pool.

i'm glad 63% of the reviews are negative because it means they can stay on the cracked up junkie cod and what i assume is the people of my standpoint can enjoy what we've longed for.

Right, first of the game isn't actually bad, it's a unique concept and it *is* fun, HOWEVER, 3v3 is not the format for this type of game, it has a fluid feel with movement, from jumping from a zip into using your horse etc, the gunplay isn't baaadd, but it can be built on for sure. but it needs to be 5v5, maybe in the future bigger maps that are 8v8/10v10, but alas for now, 5v5 is necessary due to the map size and the formatting of the game, it has MOBA aspects, like mining in the open bits of land (jungling), there's a thing about mining and getting currency for better rarity items and weapons etc which just doesn't feel right in a 3v3 game where you can just roam and round and it's kinda silent whilst you do so, there should be fighting over these rescources and planning as a team on where to get them, which is where a 5v5 would be better, you can cover more land. the whole concept of the game just requires the game to be longer and they're too quick atm.

TLDR: games actually good, it's a good concept, don't hate it just because it's just released, it needs 5v5 and it'll be better. give it time. Geoff hyped it up so much it's failing and it's sad to see because it has potential.

5V5 mode was definitely a great addition, makes the game have more purpose and farming feels like more of a strategy, I genuinely have hopes this will be a good game and trust in the devs due to their previous work. i'm a day 1 enjoyer of this game and know it will do well.

Edit: On a more serious note, this game is (imo) the best gacha game out there. it has very fun fighting mechanics, character designs aren't overly skimpy and the quests are engaging and genuinely interesting, there's a lot of side story that are fun too and just as good as main questlines too. highly recommend.
