So, I've seen this game get so hyped up on tiktok before it's release and all I can say is, wtf?

After getting jumpscared once it isn't even scary to get jumpscared, for some it isnt even a scary jumpscare so I only really got scared once, "Medium" difficulty is wayy too easy (can outrun the monsters), objective is insanely unclear, Proximity vc has to be turned on in multiplayer??? The voice chat is so weird, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt, it only works for some people at a time and if it doesn't work theres no real way to knowing how to fix it. The spatial audio is weird, it felt like i had my headset on upside-down sometimes (how do you even manage that), after learning how a monster works and once you eventually figure out the actual objective you can (usually) easily win which is overall just not fun.

Worst zombies game I've every played, doesn't run smoothly, way too high starting sens, ♥♥♥♥ weapons, BOCW ripoff,

The games good, however there are a few bugs in singleplayer aswell as multiplayer.

I really like the aspect of roguelikes and roguelites, and this game just blends hades-like fights with the aspect of risk of rain and other great roguelikes like it.

BUT. The game could really use a LOT of balancing such as the following:
- Elite Trees shouldn't one shot

- Red chests on Nightmare are near to IMPOSSIBLE

- Green Grimoire should NOT spawn elite pigmen since they already spawn like 10 pigmen that are already really tanky

- Some heroes are just plainout way WEAKER than one another, for example Aladdin's Q + Special gives 25-50 Dreamshards when it costs 150 to get one wish back..

- Maybe suppress healing items that only heal your teammates to multiplayer rather than singleplayer when it's useless

Other than balancing, there's also a fair share of bugs in the game.

- My teammate got stuck in the wall and was FORCED to use up all our feathers because of the 30 second timer, and once it got used he couldn't get out anyway

- The desync got CRAZY, some enemies just straight up started disappearing when you were fighting them.

- Some magic items just don't work

Alright, that's it for the downsides, now comes the good and great parts of the game:

++ Great character designs

++ Massive amounts of different enemies (more to come too)

+ Good abilities

+ No run is the same

+ It feels as the average roguelike (which is good since it is)

+ Good boss battles, however sometimes really unfair

+ Some runs you struggle a lot and some you just clear with ease

I realised that when you're playing with a smaller group, it's unfair. Right now we're playing on an EU low pop server (125 ppl max) and there's a ton of zerg's everywhere. It's barely playable because everytime you go near the vincinity of one your game basically crashes. But it's fun at the same time because you can ♥♥♥♥ on the zerg ppl because they lack skill, all they got are quantity.

The game was fun before the update, now its just more pay to win than ever...
