Gameplay is really good, unless you go somewhere with more than 12 npcs and your framerate (if you have a good cpu) drops to 30.

The micro-transactions are typical capcom BS. If you can stomach horrible frame drops get it, otherwise pray capcom hires a code wizard to fix the RE-engine being bad for an open world game.

Sony just removed this game from the libraries of over 100 countries and their customers by requiring a PSN account and it not being supported, so now the PSN account went from being a nuisance to just disabling your game if you dont live in the 70~sh countries supported. Completely unacceptable behavior.

as of 5/6/24, Sony has halted PSN account rollout for PC players.

Unless something happens like this again, games pretty good mostly.

Absolutely fantastic game, what a gem. If you enjoy survival horror and can appreciate a world just absolutely dripping with atmosphere and worldbuilding you must try this game.

Game is awesome when its actually playable. Too many "your game can no long continue" bugs/crashes for me to recommend. Wait till its cheaper or gets fixed.

Can't recommend it in its current state, its missing so much stuff that their previous games had. I am not even sure how they thought it was a good idea to release it when its missing so much stuff compared to their other games. Stay away for now let them actually put in their content. If they don't and sell it as DLC I would say give this one a hard pass.

One of the most enjoyable games I have ever played, completely ruined by an awful, greedy publisher. Buy this when it is at least 50% off or the game gets fixed, either of which may never happen.

Its terraria, its good, more content added free than most games have on launch.

which means buy this game or go do something useful.

Even though this is early access, and even though it is not free, unlike Project Reality, the amount of quality here is high compared to many other trashy early access titles. While it is a bit rough around the edges at the moment, the game is very playable, runs well, and the devs are active and honest. As a veteran Project Reality player, this game is definitely a worthy successor.

If you like dark souls, you will like Hyper Light Drifter. If you enjoy 2D action games with LOADS of secrets. You will like Hyper Light Drifter.

Best part is, its still hard, but not as punishing as a souls game, due to how upgrades work.

Is there stuff missing from the kickstarter, yeah, plenty. But is it not worth the 20$? It is worth more, in my opinion.

So buy this. Your gonna like it, and remember.
