thought id give the gave another try resently and ive been loving it quick gameplay no pay2win love it when you pull of a clean curve shot 10/10 only multiplayer game i play

my hours may or may not be correct as i play with open morrowind i try to make sure i open morrowind when i play to keep track of hours but i dont always do so anyway heres my review of morrowind

cant believe i havent reviewed this game yet
after playing oblivion and skyrim i thought id get this game and see whats its like all the reviews say its difficult to get into but once you do itll be one of the bets games you've ever played

to start of the games pretty dated graphics and machanics wise but this didnt bother me cuz it wasnt the worst thing id seen and with mods it can look pretty good the mechanics were very diffrent from the other elder scrolls id played

the first time id played i was overwhelmed and ended up quiting 4 hours in due to not understanding anything and not having any power at all i coudnt hit anything and when i did hit something itd be the power of a slap to the face. not having a marker to tell you where to go just seemed dumb to me and it took me half an hour to finf the first dungeon your sent to for the main story than when there it took me another half an hour to find the damn puzzle box so i just gave up and played other games instead

when i came back after my break i dicided to watch videos to help me in the early game id found a axe in a tree stump that was much better than my dagger and i did a mission to find out who murdered the tax man to get a bit on money after that i went to balmora joined the mages guild did the fist missions in the main story and than the game just kind of hit me and i started to fall in love with it the story was a real refrsher after playing the horrible oblivion one and half arsed skyrim story

the dlc were great i think bloodmoon was miles ahead of the tribunal tho as it was a completly new area from morrorwind and id never played the skyrim dlc that takes you to solstheim so it was a new place to me the story was a blast
tribunal wasnt as good for me due to the story being fetch quests but the loot is worth it

ive made two charaters a dark elf mage and a redguard melle build the mage was loads of fun due to the spell system being amazing and more complex that the other games being able to jump a whole city is realy fun and also the best way to get around if you mess around with console by uping your strength and altheisism you can just the whole map
the mages guild was fun untill i found out about the tellvanni so i decided to join them its great how there is consequence to joining a guild as anther guild might go to war to with you depending on who you join like tellvanni and the mages guild or the fighters guild and the theives guild

the mods to this game are amazing theres projects that are just flc like tamreil rebuilt witch adds on the rest of morrowind to the game its around half way done and has been going for almost 20 years i still havent played this mod or the mods from project tamriel witch are planning to add other provences to the game the same as beyond skyrim is for skyrim


this is my favourite game of all time and im estatic that i pushed past the hard ships in the game
this made me rellise how bad modern bethesda games are im just hoping that es6 can be as good as morrowind or even better

the worst 3d elder scrolls i have over 150 overall hours on pc from both oldrim and skyrim se it realy doesnt live up to its name morrowind is much better it only lacks combat but the grind to get good with the combat is better than being able to kill a whole city in a couple of minutes after almost having your head chopped of because you were trying to cross the border in to cold provance of skyrim the dlc is decent dragonborn was the better of the two with a good idea for the story mirrak was a good character and deserved more screen time being the first dragonborn the dragon priests should have had more lore written about them they were my faveroute thing to fight in the game as they proved a difficult challenge and had good rewards
the guilds werent as good as morrowind and oblivion ones but they were still the most fun things to do in the game the war of the empire vs the stormcloaks was a very good idea and was decently done, the mages guild was a bit dissapointing ,teh dark brotherhood had some great characters seciro was amazing the story was decent , the rest of the factions were ok
the modding comunity is great very much looking forward to the beyond skyrim team to put out some bangers
6.8/10 shallow experiance with some great times mediocre story telling mediocre characters and is held very high by people who havent even touched other games made by bethesda
blades>morrowind>oblivion>daggerfall>skyrim>redguard>arena>battlespire>the travels series
ive not realy played daggerfall and the rest of the games before morrowind that much so i dont realy have an opion on them so dont go roasting me for saying redguard is better than arena of whatever im planning on playing them in the future (prefrubly df and redguard)
eso is just shadowkey two so im not counting it

good game with endless replayablity due to mulitiple endings with many different classes and perks you can unlock to make the perfect play style hard to believe this game was in 18 months would love to see what they could do with more time in th estyle of a remake with all the cut content
