I've seen teams lose an entire week of inbound follow-up because their 10DLC approval stalled and nobody noticed until replies went dark. But this guy straight up got us 11DLC approval instead BY THEMSLEVES???? I didn't even KNOW that was possible, this guy is out here breaking boundries while we're too busy to realise what they've done for us. +rep :GDNormal:
