This game feels like a xbox 360/ ps3 era game in all the best ways, fun gameplay, amazing visuals and a grand sense of scale enemy and environment wise.
The story is very enjoyable as a 40k fan (and a very big third person over the shoulder shooter fan) but i don't think its very beginner friendly lore wise i hope the guys working on gears of war E-Day play this and feel inspired.
Also a surprisingly fun mulitplayer, i do not love the progression system but it for sure gives Helldivers 2 a run for its money.

Building Shaders Simulator,
edit after 10 hours:
after shaders are built the game runs okayish, i am lucky to not have run into most of the gamebreaking bugs like other players (radeon 6600 XT, r5 3600, 32gbRam) but do run in to please wait loading screens even tho installed on a m.2 SSD and game will not load after death screen every so often.
i havent played this game since the 2014 ps4 version and highly reccomend a replay after watching the HBO series, the story, enviorment and gameplay is as great as they were the first time, However i highly suggest you should wait for some more patches and hotfixes for this port to run great and ensure a first play of this game goes smoothly and to get the most of this once in a lifetime story
