Probably the best remaster ever made!

Actually it's a very decent game.

Many things were improved comparing to JC3 including: car driving, helicopter control, wingsuit handling and car AI. Instead of the old "blow up everything to capture base/city" they switched to a much less repetitive system, where you still get points for Chaos but they are not that necessary to advance the plot.

Just Cause 4 is all about the small details and improvements. Pedestrians look more alive, combat feels more engaging. Cutscenes look MUCH better than in all previous games combined. World is huge and diverse with a lot of vertical gameplay.

Side mission checkpoints are probably the best ones in the genre. If you fail a side mission at some point, you don't have to start it over again. Actually, you can just go elsewhere and return to the remaining part of the mission later.

As of "repetitiveness" of side missions, I'd say they are the same "blow up to capture" activities from the past games with an added challenge (protect someone or something). Which is good, actually.

JC4 is a good game despite all complaints. Overall I'd say it is an improvement for the series.
