Lol, people complaining about releasing virtual cosmetics to be available to everyone. Clowns, the lot of them.

Who cares, from pre-ordering you still got the cosmetics for 'free', it's just that people who didn't now have the option to spend a little bit of money. You guys just want to feel special in a virtual game because you know you aren't in real life.

Get real.

While janky in some aspects due to it's wildly expansive story and combat systems, this game sets a high standard for feature complete modern games on release, with every aspect of it's design being masterfully produced.
Easy 9.5/10

Game is technically quite good, it just had an incredibly rocky start and a few weak design choices, which shouldn't have happened. They should have pushed the release back.
In a few years, once major content and gameplay updates are set up, I can definitely see it being overall superior to Payday 2, will just need work, which the developers have expressed a deep interest in.
For a $55 CAD game, it's worth it with a few friends, just maybe not if you plan to play solo right now, it still can be, but it shines in it's COOP aspect. If you are hesitant, I'd say wait a bit for a sale once more content is added.

This game is made BY mutts FOR mutts! 10 years in early access and it shows, looks dated by about as much and feels even worse to play. Release the ♥♥♥♥ hole game in the sad state it is in, end the development and work on either the sequel or a different game, the foundation wasn't good enough 10 years ago and it certainly isn't good today.
