The gameplay seems okay, but it has a terrible free-to-play model and requires creating a separate account.

Goat Simulator is one of those games where:

1. You watch your favorite streamer play it.
2. You buy into the hype because of how goofy it looks.
3. You put it on your wishlist and buy it the next time it goes on sale.
4. You play a short session with it and think "Yeah, that was kinda fun I guess. I'll play it more later."
5. Later never comes and now it's too late to refund it.

26 people on my friends list own it, but nobody has played it for any substantial amount of time. Don't be the 27th.

The game is seemingly very basic but stays entertaining for a long time due to how many different situations you find yourself in.

It's definitely worth picking up during a sale.

An amazing mod for an amazing game.

I don't even care for this game, but the amount of high quality updates that they've provided since launch is nothing short of insane.

BTD6 is one of the best tower defense games out there. It's crazy how far the series has come over the last 13 years. There aren't many tower defense games that have the same level of towers, maps, and polish that BTD6 has. I've been playing tower defense games for over a decade, and right now I'd consider this game to be the gold standard.

My only complaint is the monetization. Monkey Knowledge and level continues require you to spend in-game currency, which they've made artificially difficult to acquire through gameplay since you can also buy it with real money. That said, you can't use either of those things in CHIMPS mode, which is arguably the "end game" mode, so the monetization doesn't really make a difference if you plan to 100% the game.

With better physics, this game would be really fun. As it stands, it's not even worth installing.

Slay the Spire is a really fun roguelite card game. The art style is beautiful and each run is unique enough to keep the game interesting.

I bought one for $5 during a sale and it's been absolutely amazing. I wouldn't pay $50 for it but I love having it as an option.

I tried this game out during a free weekend. I wasn't expecting much but it turned out to be amazing. Despite the small amount of content, it never feels repetitive due to how much fun you're having. And whoever made the soundtrack deserves an award.
