The game is free to play.

But you buy the Legendary edition, because you want to support the game, and you get to unlock the Shared stash, and extra Character slots, so you can try more than 1 class, and an additional page to sell gear on the marketplace.

The original features you started playing the game with primarily Solos and Duos, are changed to **ONLY TRIOS**.

To top it all off, you haven't played Dark and Darker in over a year and decide to try it out again, fall back in love with the game, and decide to buy the Season Pack.

Which includes another additional page for the marketplace, another stash tab, and gold bags to store your gold.


It's like you go into a car dealership to buy a car one day, and the car you buy has all the features and functionality that you wanted. But the next day all of a sudden your car's AC magically breaks, 2 of the wheels fall off while you're driving down the road,
and the windshield wipers won't work when there's a rainstorm. Then you go back to the dealership to get a refund, because it doesn't have the same features as it did when you first bought it, and it's not working, and they refuse.

I've uninstalled this game because I'm primarily a Solo/Duo guy, because I don't think Trio's are fun.
I will reinstall it once Solos and Duos are added back into the game, if they aren't added back, well I guess I just won't return.

The lead dev SDF doesn't know WTF he's doing, and has taken this game down the toilet.

I think this game has potential, but has some obvious flaws.

1.) The game crashed more than I was able to play. Mostly when loading a new world when going through a portal.
One of the crashes completely froze my computer and I had to hard reboot my PC.
2.) The necessity to play on servers is unnecessary especially if you're playing solo.
3.) The crafting menu's/Crafting UI and the crafting benches seemed a little clunky.

I refunded this game, and I would not recommend buying the game currently.
I am interested in playing it, and am willing to give it another shot when issues are addressed.

If you enjoy the rogue-like genre (Risk of Rain, Hades, Slay the Spire etc.) then you will love this game.

Best 9 bucks I ever spent.

This is one of the best out-of-the-box games I've played in a while.
This Roblox/Battlefield-esque shooter is a blast to play.

The only grievance I have for the devs so far is...
PLEASE MAKE THE SNIPER CLASS CHAMBER A ROUND AFTER FIRING!

Great game overall, you won't regret buying this one.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best RPG's of all time.
I've played this through with 3 of my friends 3 different times.
All 3 times not only was it an amazing fun time, all 3 times felt different and new.

I wish this game was still alive. Was way better than Hearthstone, but the payment structure is what killed it. Hopefully Gaben can resurrect this game. /pray

Very chill exploration game, with parts reminding me of Minecraft. 10/10 would recommend.

Got this game for free when the B1G1 deal was going on, and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game is amazing. Countless hours of fun, and it's being updated still.

This game is well done, I've played a decent amount of it. I just wish there was more. After you explore and collect things to build the certain things you need for crafting and such, that's really it. I wish there was more substance after you crafted those things. Like adding monsters or something would be fun.
