After a year of content updates I can say that I'm really starting to like this game

I had a fun 40 minutes before finishing 10 tracks and ubisoft wanted my money for playing more.

Playing this and Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight back to back has not only given me roughly 11 hours of an adorable and fun Metroidvania but also a giantess fetish

This game is a really good dark comedy. Yes, wow a review that doesn't start with wanting to bang their sister, I know, and listen, at first I was here for the hehe haha my sister is hot, too. Wether or not you like incest I think the story presented here is horrific, not as in bad, however. The things the brother and sister duo have gone through are gruesome and quite frankly simply depressing. It has been a while where I physically stopped and braced myself to proceed a game's story. And none of this I think is presented to us as sheer shock value, either. There's a lot of love put into this (sometimes literally, I guess). The dark artstyle compliments the mysterious story and while there is a limited amount of music I think every track fits where it does. Tension was held where it needed to be and it was done excellently. So, I sadly can't say anything else other than I can recommend this game to everyone who finds the premise interesting and doesn't gag at the two things everyone on Twitter talks about in correlation to this adventure.
