Unbelievably crazy. Overwhelmingly silly. Visually stunning. Graphically gory. Those are some phrases you might use to describe this game, but most of all it's insanely FUN!

You don't even have to play the game like you're supposed to to have a good time. You can just stand at one end of the bridge shouting insults at your enemy (YER like a wench, whose natural gifts were POOR!), while he stands at the other telling you to come at him, bro! (COME HITHA! COME HITHA!)

Fighting enemies is fun. Fighting teammates is fun. Getting chased by 3 heavily armored knights wielding longswords and maces is scary, and fun. Watching your arm get chopped off is fun. Watching the person who just decapitated you hack off your leg is fun.

This game is just stupid, stupid fun. The Deadliest Warrior DLC is pretty interesting too, though a little unbalanced. 8.5/10 in my book.

I never knew that a retro-style top-down strategy game could seem so deceptively simple and be so exhilaratingly stressful. This game, at $10, is worth far more than some of the AAA $60 titles that have been released. If you haven't tried it, you're doing yourself and indie developers like this a disservice.
And with a huge new (FREE!) expansion pack, there's all the more reason to pick it up. But don't worry, you can still play classic as well!

Absolutely a 10/10 game in my standards, even though I hate it sometimes, I love it all the same.

Tons of fun, tons more functionality, and much more detailed. A definite improvement over Payday: The Heist (which is also an excellent game!), I just wish there was less DLC, host migration, and Old Hoxton. Other than that, I really like the new PAYDAY.

Fast-paced. Addictive. Reflex-honing. Great soundtrack. Unique graphics. Weird story. Cheap. What's not to love?

This game is absolutely excellent. It has the potential to occupy you for hundreds of hours of playtime. Just don't let other players' creations into your world, unless you want to be invaded by hairy-balled penis monsters.

At this time I cannot recommend this game for the price. I haven't played all that much, but from my initial experience it hasn't been all that impressive. There are some interesting elements like fishing and riding dinosaurs, but this game is just a poorer version of Rust for a higher price, really.

In fact, if you took Rust, made it look worse and removed all graphical settings, removed the ability to build anything but huts, removed the ability to protect anything you own, replaced all servers with tiny and mostly empty ones, replaced all firearms with spears and bolas, and replaced all animals with dinosaurs you could ride that were incredibly powerful, you would get The Stomping Land.

You can buy the game to try it out, but I wasn't really impressed. Also, no voice chat is a big problem when it comes to multiplayer open-world survival. It's a necessity.
At this point in time, I would not recommend this game. Wait for it to be updated some more. I've heard a lot that there were features shown previously that are not in the game at this time, and many people are disappointed about it.

So, interesting/10, but not interesting enough yet to warrant a purchase.

Good game, interesting story, excellent graphics, excellent atmosphere, but a bit short. Still, definitely worth $10 sale price.

Not a bad game; a fun hour-killer that looks and feels good, despite its simplistic design. You'll pick it up every now and then to give it another try.

The most versatile game I've ever encountered. I bought it for DayZ and that's where I've spent the majority of my playtime, but there's so much player-created content and I haven't encountered another game like it. ARMA III may have better graphics and updated weapons, but the amount of playable content pales in comparison to its predecessor.

Physics are lulzy and lag can be an issue, but most of the time it just adds to the fun. The game is extremely cheap right now, give it a try. 9/10 in my book.

Actually quite fun and challenging. I recommend giving it a try. It has no crafting system or insta-health like FC3, and stealth is not anywhere near as advanced, but the graphics are surprisingly good for its age and so is the gameplay.

However, modding it is a must, unless you enjoy being buttraped by enemies through walls. I recommend FCAM as the go-to, all-inclusive solution for your modding needs.
