Help,when i load game in tribe phase after 2 seconds game crash'es help me

i need help getting to tribal stage too

bought the game yesterday because the servers are still online. installed it, started the game, couldn't log in because EA thinks my PC has no connection to the internet. Read troubleshooting guides, did everything step by step. Nothing helped... Wrote to EA support, no response... pretty sad......

I believe this is the only game i've never see anyone try to do it similar games. Anyone knows if theres one?
