I meet the recommended specs: 20fps at medium 4K. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME YET. Wait until they start releasing major performance updates. That and MANY broken game mechanics. They even managed to muck up the Demand system!

(Edit, checked back a year and a half later, game is somehow in an even worse state. Can't even get it to start properly anymore. ♥♥♥♥ you, Paradox)
