XCOM Formula + 40K Universe = A match made in the Halls of the Emperor!

I've always wanted a Digital version of the tabletop game, and this comes pretty close to that.

Would love an expansion or sequel with more armies included.

Fantastic and deep turn-based strategy game, where you have to use your environment to maximize your advantage, but with every move comes risk. It can be devastating to lose a high levelled squad member, but at the same time can be extremely satisfying when a well executed manouver goes well.

This is basically an expansion pack for Arkham City. Don't get me wrong, the game is solid, it looks amazing, you can explore for hours and there's plenty to find and do, the movement, combat and stealth aspects are all excellent - but it's all the same as Arkham City. There's a handful of new gadgets, some of which are identical to the ones from AC (glue grenade = freeze grenade), not to mention anachronistic (you don't get the grapnel boost until part way in City, yet you start out with it here, despite being a prequel). I'm also not a big fan of Joker's new voice, but that's getting really nit-picky.

Would I recommend this game? Yes, but would I pay full price for it? No. Just treat it as your Batman fix until Arkham Knight comes out.

I love this game, from it's seemingly endless amounts of gear and upgrades to it's quirky art style and humorously epic cinematics.

This game combines strategy. hack and slash gameplay, and teamwork together into a thoroughly enjoyable game that's fun to play with friends and strangers alike.
