I've had no issues so far with load times, frames, crashes, memory leaks, and very few issues / encounters with bugs.

I've been playing on ultra hard difficulty and i love just about everything this game has to offer so far. From personal experience, the game is very similar to Elex when played on the hardest difficulty. The feel is very much Dark Souls, but with a bow and traps.

I'm hoping the rest of the game continues to feel as rewarding and exciting.

I am about 20 hours into the game as of writing this review. To start, I have never played a Piranha Bytes title, but have done a bit of video research on YouTube since starting my playthrough of Elex. Elex can be quite clunky at times due to exaggerated animations and slight unresponsiveness during combat. It's a bit tricky figuring out what quests you can and cannot complete based on the difficulty level of the enemies, but it's pretty obvious the developers went for a game world where you end up having to trial and error some of the missions based on level and atrribute points spent. I find myself going back and forth to some quests depending on what level I am and whether or not I obtained a new weapon recently to see if a certain mission has become easier. However, everything else the game has to offer shadows over the minor inconveniences. There is a lot of character depth and the game world has a lot to offer in terms of exploration. Just from jetpacking around to random areas that seemed interesting, I've come across a few fairly humorous easter eggs. All in all the game is quite entertaining and is worth the purchase.
