Holy ♥♥♥♥ this game is legendary. This game came out when I was just one year old and I only just now decided to play this masterpiece. Better late than never. My only reference to Final Fantasy 7 was Kingdom Hearts series from my childhood, where some of the characters of FF7 appeared and kept me wondering who they were, and that curiosity made me finally try my first Final Fantasy game all these years later. At the start the game seemed dated, since it is after all a very old game, but the story, gameplay and the atmosphere kept me interested and eventually I completed the game. I experienced all the emotions while playing this game, and it is truly what gaming is about. After this I can finally try the remakes and other Final Fantasies with good conscience. Please play this game. It might seem old and dated, but eventually the gameplay and the story will evolve in such a level, that it even beats the current games 100-0. I can guarantee that.
