An outstanding game that brings the chaos of World War I to life with breathtaking visuals and immersive gameplay. The single-player campaign is emotionally gripping, offering diverse war stories that keep you engaged. But for me it's the multiplayer that truly stands out, with massive battles that are intense and exhilarating. The maps are beautifully crafted, the sound design is incredible and the gameplay is fun, which is the most important aspect to any game.

In my opinion. Battlefield 1 is a must-play, masterfully combines historical authenticity with thrilling gameplay, delivering a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Every cutscene causes my game to lag. Corner Kick? Lag. Substitution? Lag. Random Cutscene showing some players face? Lag. Makes the whole experience unenjoyable. Horrible unoptimized trash from EA as usual.

EDIT: So I was finally able to fix the issue and turns out having a second monitor connected causes these lag spikes to happen. Still don't recommend the game because even EA themselves couldn't help me with my issue after contacting them.

My friendships never gonna recover after this.

The story is alright, the whole "your decision matters" aspect of the game doesn't really change the game that much. You unlock certain features and stuff with the factions but nothing major happens. The ending is also disappointing. The parkour is great, sometimes it glitches out but I've had no major issues. Combat can be hit or miss. I've had some optimization issues at launch but it seems like they fixed it.

Compared to Dying Light 1, it isn't as great but it isn't terrible. I would recommend buying this when on sale.

The best GTA game ever.

I personally recommend this game to anyone who enjoys zombie shooters. It's not the same as Left 4 Dead, I'll say that now. It more feels like World War Z but it holds up on it's own very well.
The card system is very interesting and allows for different play styles for different situations.
The game difficulty is split in 3, Recruit, Veteran and Nightmare. I see a lot of people say that Veteran is too difficult but to be honest I don't find it that difficult. Sure at the beginning it was but once you get a feel for the game you won't have any problems. And of course, in Veteran you actually have to use all of your brain cells instead of playing like an idiot, sprinting into ridden and expecting everything to be okay.
One thing I do hate is the inconsistency in the special ridden spawns. Sometimes special ridden spawn too much, like 4 Tallboys spawn in a single area, and sometimes they barely spawn any.

I really enjoy this game and I hope that the support for this game will be great. New maps, new characters, new weapons, new cards. This game has a lot of potential.
Steam Workshop would also be a great addition, just like with L4D2.

Would I recommend this game to you? It depends. If you love zombie shooters like me, then get this game ASAP. If you are new or are hesitate to buy the game, you could wait for sale or try it with GamePass.
