Every time Nexon gets you thinking the game is turning around, they remind you how foolish you are.

Unfortunately, Nexon can't seem to come to grips with the fact that Maplestory is, and likely always will be their most popular IP. Instead of respecting their player base and cherishing the game they've been running for nearly 20 years, Nexon treats Maplestory like it's a tract of land meant to be stripped of every resource possible and left as a desolate husk.

Nexon seems intent on burying their heads in the sand and praying for a new hit game to be released, rather than properly managing what they already have. I'd recommend you avoid this game and any other game that Nexon touches until they change their behavior (but don't hold your breath for that).

Never buy this piece of ♥♥♥♥ game. Game breaking bugs everywhere, and they're too busy making DLC to fix them. Volition is dead.

Edit: 4 months later, still seems to be PLENTY of bugs. Going at another playthrough... haven't found anything game breaking yet. I'll update you.

Haven't even played the game yet, but it looks fun, more importantly, the soundtrack is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ incredible.

Dosh! Grab it while you can!

Any event makes this game entertaining. From blowing off snowmen heads to giant chainsaw armed monkeys and clowns, the new skins always make the game worth playing through an event. Outside of that it's alright every now and then. The perk system does a pretty good job of keeping you on the dificulty you should be at and giving you something to work towards. It's definitely worth buying during a sale, if not at full price, just make sure you have some friends to play with.

Hexagons and cannons.

This game is great for afking in to keep your steam score up at 10. A++

Edit: On a more serious note since they're making reviews all formal and what not, It seemed pretty good for a free game, if you needed time to kill or something. Nothing really worth investing time in though.

Ridiculously awesome is an understatement.

If you wanna ride around in tanks and helicopters with unlimited ammo and blow stuff up this game is for you. If you wanna shoot dudes and watch them do swan leaps this is the game for you. If you wanna see dudes say "eat this" and light themselves on fire with an incindiary grenade and have their friends yell "watch it dude" this is the game for you. If you want to kill dudes and have their friends say "you killed my friend" and then kill them too this is the game for you. If you like psycho brainwashing dictactors, or like watching them burn to death in rocket fire this is the game for you. If you like killing bad guys with good guys who turn into more bad guys you have to kill this is the game for you. If you like boss fights against old teammates in churches with stain glass windows and altars full of health this game is for you. If you like piloting subs through water you can't see through this game is for you. Oh and just remember, you won't kill me, you'll only make me stronger.
