Mom! Mom! I got another one! I got the last firefly!

There, see? Now the jar is full! Oh, so happy! Look at 'em go... Such pretty lights inside such a tiny jar... So much green...

It doesn't hurt my eyes at all, all that green, but I wonder... Before the sun went out, would it have hurt back then..? Mom..?

Mom is distracted by someone walking in the distance. She whispers something about a cat

Ha! That is no cat over there, Mom! That's the messiah! See the sun she is carrying around? Awesome, isn't it?

Looks pensively

Mom... I wonder... Why would God let the sun go out in the first place? I mean... If we had a sun, we wouldn't need to spend so much time catching fireflies and Niko wouldn't need to have left her homeworld, right? She would probably be much happier back home, less sad and... lost...

"Niko?", says Mom

Yes! Niko is her name! She's so very nice! We spoke for a good bit back there, and she told me about her homeworld and how they have a sun UP IN THE SKY! And they also have fireflies! I asked her what use they have for them, having a sun and all, and she didn't know. It was so funny! Oh, she also likes when her mom makes pancakes, and I don't quite know what pancakes are, but they do sound delicious!

A SUN! Hanging up in the sky! Imagine!

Oh, just the thought makes me so happy! I am so happy right now! And this... This is the most beautiful, bestest firefly jar in the whole world! I know it looks like every other jar we've made, but I declare it is the BEST one ever because it is the one we made TODAY!

I like shaking it a bit to have them move and shine brighter... not too much, though... I wouldn't want to hurt them... Don't worry little fellas, I'll take care of you. You'll be alright. It'll all... be alright...

TL;DR
Tremendously charming and involving, OneShot is an old style adventure about loss and overcoming it through the power of charity. Borrowing motifs from The Little Prince and Isaac Asimov's work, OneShot has a minimalistic gameplay that is hugely enhanced by very clever puzzles. A must have.
