What a nostalgia trip. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loved this game back in the 360 and I still love it today! It goes harder than it has any right to.

After NGS release the game really shat the bed. Might be a decent game in 2 to 3 years at this rate...

PVE wise The game is fun, and grindy if you're looking for something to mindlessly waste your time in. Chase some weapons and go on raids. Some issues are a little glaring like how The Recluse has been the best general use weapon in the game for so long and a good chunk of exotics aren't worth using but over all it has a pretty good gameplay loop as expected from a looter shooter.

PVP wise; There are major balance issues in Crucible(PVP) that have yet to be addressed properly, and the time it takes for Bungie to do ANY balancing is atrocious, especially since one of the most problematic PVP exotics has been running rampant and untouched for 13 months and counting,

They announced that they were going to address the issue in a later patch, but it was just an announcement, 3 weeks ago, with no other information on it. HOW CAN THEY LET ONE EYED MASK RUN RAMPANT FOR OVER A YEAR AND JUST NOW SAY THEY ARE LOOKING INTO IT.

It really makes me wonder if they play their own game sometimes

PVE is great with some flaws that can be for the most part overlooked

PVP on the other hand is an unbalanced ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with balance patches that come Biannually

Thoughts, bad thoughts... raining down from the ceiling, dripping on you while it burns through you like a cloud of white phosphorus that just passed by. Spec Ops: The Line will surely make you think of your choices.
