this game is awesome

I don't really do reviews, but after 20 hours I feel the need to share my own feedback.
My specs are ryzen 3900x, RTX 3070ti and 32GB DDR4 RAM.
The performance is a pain, you will need some serious tinkering around with settings to get a stable enjoyable fps. I have been using lossless scaling application with good results. I'm running most settings on low, with textures on high and getting a stable 60fps. (Whilst also streaming using NVENC within the GPU)
Graphics aren't everything for me and I can understand everyone's frustrations, as the game is not cheap and they feel let down for the lack of optimisation.

HOWEVER, the story and the combat mechanics are great and I'm enjoying myself playing a game for the first time in years!
Trying to "party up" with a friend is a complete headache and I found myself having to google how to get it to work. It is not a simple task. This is really shocking in 2025 to have a game so badly set up for the multiplayer aspects.

Needs more players online, this game is gonna be big! <3

Love everything about this so far. Graphics card runs a bit hot. So please be mindful and keep an eye on your temps at all times. (I'm running RTX 3060) Haven't tested it on my watercooled GPU's yet.
Love the feel of the game too, cannot wait to get raiding and i'm thoroughly enjoying mining, harvesting, cooking, skinning etc. It's so relaxing.
