Spec Ops: The Line

At face value Spec Ops: The Line is a bog-standard military shooter centred around cover-based gameplay, an amalgamation of Gears of War and the shooting from Call of Duty. The gameplay however is not what makes this game the truly unique experience that it is.

It’s a game that, by highlighting a lack of choice, begs you to question what it means when a game presents shooting people and moving on as its only mechanic, all the while turning you into a monster under the pretence of ‘being heroic'.

This game blew my mind… it’ll peel away slowly the layers of your guilty conscience and in the end strike you where it hurts.

Hey! Personal thanks for archiving most of the lost TF2 Mario maps that I've been looking for for ages - it makes me super happy to see them publicly available for download now. To answer your question, I don't really need them for the video anymore (I think the Mario maps video is like 3 years old at this point lol), but as a community map enthusiast I'm always appreciative of old TF2 stuff resurfacing. Please let me know if you happen to know of the existence of any of the other levels, I'd be ecstatic to see the entire game ported over eventually. Cheers!
