ehhhh, if you dont mind not having traditional save states, as in you only get a checkpoint(s) per level and can't save and go do something else, no savescumming for those that like that, and only pick up at the beginning of each level if you decide to close out or anything, and like stuff like Deus Ex, you'll like this. Otherwise, this isn't really the game for exploring and trying to find secrets or anything else. Jump in and just crush every mission and dont mess around too much. Cool game outside of that big issue of no save states in the middle of levels/missions. I wish steam had a "neutral" option

TL;DR Good point 'n' click game that made me realize I'm kinda rusty with games that work like this within the genre.

Really solid point 'n' click game. The horror elements were a really nice touch bringing back to horror stuff in those RPG Maker games years ago. Pretty much enjoyed it as much as I thought I would and did my best to not game jump like I usually do and just locked in on this and want this beaten atleast before my Vita comes in. Only negative experience I had was, as I progressed more, I was becoming a bit more frustrated with some puzzles. Whether I didnt even know it was a puzzle to be solved, things i thought were just side stuff for funsies, and moments where the solution left me confused and irritated as I couldn't peace together how I would figure out a specific puzzle by myself, even if I followed the pattern, but followed it incorrectly. It's a been a lonnnng time since I played an actual point 'n' click game like this where you reaaally have to check everything or you will be backtracking a lot. There were also times where I see clues given and I figure out what I suppose to do, but since it's been a while since I've played a point 'n' click like this, where you need a specific thing to do another thing, I was constantly trying to find and do certain things whilst not having the specific tool. Maybe even try to solve something but it's not time for me to solve it yet (like situations I would have in the Ace Attorney games). Anyways, good game, definitely recommend and you may be better than me and not need to look at a single walkthrough for those specific instances. (granted I only looked at something for one part and was able to progress normal again)

Im a sucker for the Mafia games. I like that this one went back to being linear with story mode, like Mafia 1 (I played the remake specifically) and keeping all the dilly dallying you want in the "Free Ride" mode if you're interested in the open-world stuff. More games should structure it that way. Beautiful game, great story. Was afraid I wouldn't be able to run it too well on my 5700XT 3700X, but FSR in Quality mode was fine and didnt bother me outside of the graphical glitches. Looking forward to the "Man of Honor" DLC and dealing with a young Don Salieri.

Another cool game by Facepunch & Garry, but also an engine. Lot of potential. It's obviously not the greatest thing and definitely has some issues. As a spirtual successor to Garry's Mod, can definitely see this becoming a mainstay over the next few years as people slowly move over wanting something fresh & new. Definitely looking forward to developing something of my own in the future with the coming ability to export games from the S&Box platform.

I remember playing this in 2016 and how it hit back then as a Senior in highschool. Playing it again a decade later I cringe at some of the response choices and cringe more knowing what I probably chose lol. From "OH MY GOD, I'LL SAVE YOU! LET ME BE THAT GUY" to "Yo, she trippin" with a bombastic side-eye

Performance is so COOKED. Looks like a fortnite "experience" but crashes and overheats my computer as if I'm in a VRChat lobby with dozens of highly-unoptimized avatars. Cyberpunk 2077 doesnt do this nor does playing most VR games in general. And this had the ai upscaling stuff turned on by default. Wth is going on with these big gaming companies. Holy moly. Seem like more effort went into marketing and getting the store and skate pass ready. And I was hyped to play this despite the negative stuff being said. And no matter what, your character isnt going to look good unless I you buy stuff from the store I guess. Couldn't even make an appealing fat character lol. TSISA ; _ ;

I definitelly "recommend" this game, but only if you're fine with not being in full control of whether you run goes bad or not. I'm very accustomed to action roguelikes where, even if you have debuffs or whatever, it's still in your power to get through a level or run as it comes down to being good at dodging, parrying, timing, etc. With this game, if you get unlucky, that's that. I never been big on gambling, so there's that too. Cool neat game tho. (edit: but it still scratches that deckbuilding itch, I see people mention Slay The Spire, so may check that out. Will still give this game a bit more time as I dont think I've really played enough yet to really say. Yes, the RNG is a PiTA, but there's gotta be more to it so it's more in my control and not as much of a gambling game) (edit edit: yea, watched half of a Balatro University vid and finally finished a run that felt way more in my control. On that note, I'm uninstalling this game, I shouldn't be stressing over a card game like this LOL. I dont care if I got a huge rush dopamine after finishing)

I thought this was going to be some overhyped bs, but mannnn... I ended up enjoying more than I thought I would.
